Comfortable, convenient, and excellent customer service
Pros:

Good location, in close proximity to a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. Bathrooms were also roomy, with good water pressure. Our TV spontaneously stopped working during our stay and the staff addressed it immediately, resulting in a replacement the following morning as a new room was not available.

Cons:

Not pertinent for every room but my particular room was directly by the ice machine, which woke me up every morning before 6am. The breakfast was good but the selection was the same for the entire 6 days, aside from a different flavor waffle option. You are also not able to take the food to the rooms, so my husband and I had to eat separately in the lobby so my toddler could continue sleeping. The pool was nice, but small, and the road noise was less than ideal. This property is not on the beach, and while not a super long trek, it felt like forever while lugging a toddler and all of the beach supplies - highly recommend a wagon of some sort.

Pros:

Great value, clean and close to beach

Cons:

A place to store luggage until check in. Flights arrive so early but check in time isn’t until 3pm. Had to take all of our luggage to the beach

I would return. This is an affordable and clean hotel to stay at in a pinch.
Pros:

Clean and location is pretty good. Not directly on the beach but not far either. It’s about 4 minutes from the fishing pier and we love the pier. The property is clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The pool area didn’t have much shade areas to sit and just enjoy being outside and that’s about it.

Clean, comfortable, and well thought out.
Pros:

Great location (across the street from the beach), balcony with a partial ocean view, the pool was a decent size and clean, beds were comfortable, elevators worked and were timely, breakfast was decent good (decent selection and plenty of seating), easy check in, relatively inexpensive sundries sold in the lobby area and well stocked for anything that you may need.

Cons:

I didn’t love the parking situation as it was limited close to the hotel, but it was manageable.

The location was perfect and the hotel was very clean!
Pros:

The location was perfect for beach access. You could drive or walk.

Cons:

I didn’t like how we had to eat breakfast in the common area. My family of 5 didn’t have anywhere to sit, it’s very over stimulating when you’re on vacation with your kids. The lines were long, my husband and I decided to not eat breakfast.
