Wonderful, clean, comfy beds, friendly service, and nice accessible pool.
Pros:

The sloping/zero entry pool was wonderful and it was never overcrowded or rowdy. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The balconies, although small, had a nice view of the beach.

Cons:

A concierge desk would have been nice. I am on a gluten-free diet and traveled with a disabled relative. I found the hotel and pool accommodations were perfect. The staff was not knowledgeable about the area/beach access given my relative's special needs. The beach behind the Hangout had exactly what we needed and had umbrellas/chairs for rent with a path that was easy for someone requiring a walker / possibly a wheelchair.

Very pleased and will stay again.
Pros:

The location, the staff was very nice and helpful, and it was kept extremely clean.

Cons:

The breakfast, not enough time and is was extremely busy during those hours. It was too crowded and not enough seats for the allotted time.

Short family vacation
Pros:

My family and I loved the view to the beach, the waterpark and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

This has nothing to do with the facility but the storm kept us from being able to visit the beach.

My family felt comfortable, staff was friendly, and we had fun!
Pros:

Very clean and nice amenities, walking distance to beach access, close to lots of restaurants and activities!! Especially enjoyed the pool design so my toddler and older child could both enjoy.
