Very disappointed

Poor room service. Room was never properly cleaned even after request.
Sink leaked. No clock in room. Inappropriate tv when turning it on with kids in room. Should not even be an option.
Pool not cleaned.

Cons:

Very poor service. Stayed 2 days room wasn’t cleaned. Had to carry dirty towels and garbage to front desk. Room was very small and was nothing like the room depicted on the website. Terrible.

Great stay, lovely staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and great location right across from the beach. Staff were super friendly! Very nice pool area. Air conditioner was quiet- not loud and obnoxious like in lots of hotels. Shower had good water pressure!

Cons:

Bed was a little too firm for my liking. Rooms could be better insulated— you could hear everything anyone said when they were in the hallway. Granted no one seems to know how to use their inside voice, but it was annoying to hear everything while we were trying to sleep.

Cleanest hotel I've stayed in a long time!!!!
Pros:

Never had a walk in closet in a hotel before! Very nice with all the kids. Lots of storage space. Large bathroom with plenty of room for multiple people to get ready in. Nice balcony to hang towels and swimsuits from to dry. It was nice having a larger fridge with a freezer to put ice-cream in.

Cons:

Would have liked a bit better variety at the breakfast buffet. Sad there was no hotel bacon.

IT WAS FINE FOR THE QUICK TRIP I WAS ON.

WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD TRUE BEACHFRONT, IT WAS PERFECT. EASY WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO THE BEACH

Cons:

AMENTIES COULD BE UPGRADED. OUTDOOR FURNTITURE WAS AWFUL. POOL NEEDS TO BE BIGGER AS WELL.
VERY SMALL POOL FOR A HOTEL OF THAT SIZE.
