Great place to stay worth the price

Fully met our requirements. Receptionist needs to be a little more personal.

I came for just a weekend. Next time I would like to stay a bit longer.

The property was nice and in a good location.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was decent, I thought the sausage needed to be cooked longer. Otherwise it’s a decent selection.

First time in Gulf Shores and my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites was wonderful.
Pros:

I liked the whole facility from outside into the inside it was very clean. Staff were very nice and welcoming. My room on the 6th floor was a good location looking over the entrance parking lot and city views. The room was equipped with all the amenities needed. Breakfast was good and area was kept clean. Had a variety of breakfast foods and drinks to choose from.

Cons:

I didn’t like the king bed found it was too hard. My husband enjoyed it and slept good. It felt like sleeping on wood with not enough padding. Good thing the pillows were very comfortable and plentiful. Needed more lighting in the bathroom not enough.

Overall, a good stay. I would go back there.
Pros:

They had a lot of choices for breakfast. The eggs and biscuits could have used improvement. It was in a good location and, the outdoor tables looked like a good place to sit. But, when you go out, the door locks behind you. Most of the front desk staff were friendly. Some, not as much. The room seemed very clean.

Cons:

Some improvement in the hot food. Perhaps an on going inservice on staff hospitality.

Two room suite w/ pool view and bunk bed
Pros:

Only stayed for one night but have no complaints. Loved the size of the room and the balcony was huge with an excellent view of the Gulf, Lake Shelby, and state park entrance. Bunk bed was a nice touch for the young one. We also enjoyed the free breakfast and pool area. Beach access was just a block away and it was an easy walk. In a pinch, this was a great last minute spot to stay.

Great value, clean and close to the beach.
Pros:

Location is walkable to public beach access, cheaper than most properties nearby.

Cons:

The only complaint we had was parking. There’s not a lot of spots available near the front entrance, most of the parking is down a couple flights of stairs behind the building which makes moving luggage difficult.
