Amazing breakfast
I was here for a wedding. There was a preset price for the family which I missed. The hotel said they would refund the difference. Then when the attendnt saw I booked through booking.com she said I booked through an outside source and she could not help. I was just looking for a little refund to the price everyone else said if there is anway to do that. I would be most happy with a $50 refund which is less than the difference. I am not greedy. Thank you.
Beautiful building and loved the holiday decorations. Love the complimentary breakfast.
Walls are a bit thin but parties ended at 10 so that was courteous. The fitness center was too hot.
Good location.
Price to confront ratio is way off. Old property without any updates. Way overpriced for what you get.
Breakfast on paper plates.
I loved my stay there. Beautiful rooms, the hot tub was great! Breakfast was decent but there are plenty of food options around town if you want something better!
Location was very good
The rooms need some updating & more outlets. The breakfast was pretty good. However, I expected more for the price of the stay. Value doesn’t match the expectation & experience. But that’s Simsbury; and unfortunately, there aren’t many other options in the area.
The staff was super friendly. Our room was large and immaculate. The free breakfast had more items than I usually eat going out for breakfast (not and cold items).
The pool and whirlpool were awesome, had great music playing and no one was there. Will definitely go back.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. I had a very nice dinner and the enjoyed the experience . I’ll definitely stay here again.
Lovely property Everyone kind and gracious.
The breakfast was excellent. The items were hot and fresh. Nothing soggy. Great assortment of juices. Baked goods were fresh not frozen.
Hannah, the bartender was so friendly and welcoming. We plan on returning to see it closer to the holidays.
I didn’t like having to leave!!!! I wanted to stay another night and try the Sunday Brunch.
People were kind. Its an older building which im sure needs constant up keep. Id say the restaurants food at the hotel wasnt anything to talk about. Also the free breakfast wasnt great. They should have a waffle maker and some fresh cut up fruit. Over all a pleasant stay
Pool is only 3 ft total and jets didn't work in hot tub. otherwise great
Excellent all around.
Staff could not have been more helpful.
The Inn is conveniently situated in the center of Simsbury and looks impressive upon arrival. How, our experience was that the Inn’s promise quickly faded. An unpleasant musty odor greeted us in the hallway outside our room. The room itself showed considerable wear and tear- stained tabletop, chipped paint, missing lamp finial. The complimentary breakfast the next morning featured overcooked scrambled eggs served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. The staff, however, was very friendly and welcoming. However, on the whole our stay at the Simsbury Inn was disappointing.
