Pros:

Hiljainen hotelli, jossa hyvä aamiainen. Sijainti oli hyvä, lyhyt kävelymatka kaikkialle. Vieressä ostoskeskus, jossa mm. ruokakauppa.
Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.
Kylpyhuone oli siisti.

Cons:

Huoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia eikä kylpytakkeja vaikka varauksen mukaan piti olla. Huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto. Verhoissa oli tahroja.
Siivooja ei käynyt joka päivä vaikka laitoimme oveen lapun jossa luki, että siivousta toivotaan.
Sängyt oli kovia.

It was a very bad experience.
Pros:

That it’s in the middle of center of Vilnius. Great location

Cons:

We had no hot water and couldn’t take a hot shower while we were there. We were told everyday that there would be hot water at night time and there wasn’t any at all. We had to take shower in cold water. I have never ever in my life seen a hotel not have hot water. They should be embarrassed for this hotel. I wouldn’t stay there again. They had an excuse every time I spoke to the front desk lady. Why are u turning the boiler off? Then the city turned it off. Couldn’t come with a straight story

Pros:

Location was good. Shopping mall is nearby and there is a short walk to city centrum.

Staff was kind and helpful!

Cons:

Swimming pool is not usable. Clearly there is no possibility to wash yourself in a proper way before entering the pool and it shows. There was filth on the edges of the pool and it looked horrible. The showers are located next to the pool without doors, so you have to wear swimming suit in the shower.

Beds are very hard and not comfortable. But by request you can get extra pillows, which was nice.
