Learn from my mistake and choose better
Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location in the business district. Nearby, there is a shopping mall with quite good food for this type of place, as well as a scenic spot at the nearby Skybar. For those visiting for sightseeing, it’s worth noting that the city center is at least a 15–20 minute walk away.

Cons:

I didn’t read the reviews beforehand, as I expected more from this hotel chain - otherwise I would have known all of this in advance.

The hotel is in need of a thorough renovation. The plastic bathrooms probably date back to the previous century. We had to wait two days and remind the staff to replenish toiletries and coffee in the room. They don’t provide even a single bottle of water, and the restaurant is closed after 6:00 or 8:00 PM.

The breakfasts are very repetitive, and some of the items are simply tasteless, so your choices become quite limited.

Overall, the price is not adequate for the quality, which is surprising for a 4-star hotel and knowing Vilnius very well, I can say with confidence that you can find much better options. It certainly does not match the standard of similar 4stars hotels in Poland.

it certainly does not match the standard of similar hotels in Poland. The staff is rather polite - you could say reservedly polite - but, for example, the hotel manager may pass you without even saying hello, let alone offering a smile.

The amenities the hotel advertises, such as the pool and gym, are a disappointment - broken equipment, cold water, questionable cleanliness, and an unheated gym. Overall, they technically exist, but it’s hard to bring yourself to actually use them.

Jaučiamas kvapas, lyg būtų nevėdinta. Tai labai jautėsi vonios kambaryje. Gal kiliminė danga yra prisigėrusi kvapų.

Huone oli isohko, henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Hyvin vanhanaikainen sistustus, pölyä keräävä kokolattiamatto ja ravintola ei ollut auki lounas/päivällisaikaan vaikka hotellin lapuissa luki toisin. Aamiainen oli todella yksinkertainen ja esim. leipää ei ollut enää klo 9 jälkeen.
