nothing special, a bit the locality

Cons:

Very unfriendly communication before the arrival asking me to pay a huge percentage of the daily tarif for arriving a few hours before the check-in. There is no more brekafast, there is no more night, how can it be so overpriced? Finally, the hotel simply pretended to be more than it was.

They charge 30€ for a small dog, but don’t prepare anything for them in the room. Hotel’s usually put a bowl and a snack and/or a pet bed.. disappointing. Also, the receptionist didn’t explain anything to us, we didn’t even know where are the elevators, what about the breakfast? We would have appreciated more information at the check-in.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Location was perfect.

Juniorsviitti ei tuo mitään lisää huoneeseen ja siitä on turha maksaa.
Lapsille ei ole mitään palveluja hotellissa. Yleensä sentään joku pieni leikkinurkkaus löytyy hotelleista, vaikkei profiloituisikaan lapsille suunnatuksi hotelliksi.

Parkkipaikkaan ei ole annettu osoitetta valmiiksi ja hotellin edessä sillä hetkellä kaikki lyhyen ajan paikat varattuja. Ajoimme hotellin taakse. Toinen meistä kävi kysymässä miten hotellin parkki toimii. Saimme sakot tästä alle 5 minuutin käynnistä. Hotellin omat kamerat osoittivat tähän parkkipaikalle. Jostain meni tieto samantien, koska tiesivät tulla paikalle.

Aamupala ok. Huonosti merkitty vegaanivaihtoehdot, kasvismerkintä (lakto-ovo) löytyi. Eikä henkilökunnalla intressiä vastata kysymyksiin vaan ovat hivenen töykeitä.
