Pirmiausia paskambinus užsakyma online daryti administratore negalejo konkreciai atsakyti kiek kainuos naktis, apytiksliai kaina pasake nuo 120-150 e, kas ir paciai sukele juoka.

Хороший готель з паркінгом і пет френдлі.
Pros:

Розташування і класний персонал. Хлопець на рецепції на імʼя Алессандро дуже допоміг. Смачна їжа в ресторані. Мені сподобалось!

Pros:

Beautiful and clean hotel, very nice staff, excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The automated license plate reading in their parking lot did not read the plate correctly, which caused a delay in our journey.

Good stay for efficient sleep over in Kaunas centre
Pros:

Good location, compact but nice room, water refill is helpful, very nice breakfast, spacious parking, sauna

Cons:

paid parking, toilet was not clean enough (smelly), hand cream was not refilled (empty), no cream for coffee/ tee/ cacao. No pool in sauna :(

Car park mystery :(
Pros:

I stay here regularly. Quiet rooms on the inside, a nice bar area, sumptious breakfast, excellent location.

Cons:

The car park. I paid in advance €12 for overnight in the car park behind the hotel. The receptionist told me I could drive out automatically. In the morning I approached the barrier. Nothing happened. I tried again. The barrier remained firmly in a horizontal position. I went back to the hotel. The receptionist checked that my payment was in order and said she would contact the parking company. I went back to the car park and tried again. The barrier remained down. The LED sign correctly recognised my number plate and had a message in green, which suggested I was free to leave. I entered my number into the machine, which recognised my number and told me I was free to exit, even wishing me Good Bye! But the barrier refused to budge when I approached it. It let other cars exit, but not mine. I took photos of the messages and returned to the hotel. I had to drive to Tallinn, so I was getting quite cross by this stage. The receptionist handed me to the security guard. who eventually let me exit through the staff car park. I have no idea why this happened. I did everything correctly. I imagine this will happen next time I stay here if I have the same car. I would be grateful for some explanation from the hotel and/or the parking company.
