W porządku, ale następnym razem poszukam czegoś innego
Pros:

Hotel jest w dobrej lokalizacji, ale w sumie w Kownie ciężko o złą- wszędzie jest blisko. Pokoje są odnowione i czyste.

Cons:

W pokoju było bardzo gorąco i nie dało się tego wyregulować. Podobnie z wodą pod prysznicem- mimo baterii termostatycznej woda była zbyt gorąca żeby się wykąpać.

Labai pusėtina.
Pros:

Barmenas, gebantis vaikus laikyti irgi svečiais ir pagaminti puikius kokteilius.

Cons:

Viską lyginu su Radisson kituose miestuose. Tikiuosi vieno, gaunu kitą. Išsiskiriate, deja neigiamai ir labai gaila, kad tai mano Lietuvoje. Pusryčiai. Daržovės beskonės, vaisiai juo labiau. Ne sezone esmė, o jaučiasi ekonomija visur, kur pažiūri. Vištienos krūtinėlė grill tik anksti atėjusiems, papildymo nėra, duonos pasirinkimas minimalus ir nuobodokas. Su indais apsikrovę su šeima sėdėjome visus pusryčius prie mažų staliukų, o tuo tarpu padvėjos ramiai šalia dengia stalus ir rikiuoja lygiai įrankius. Kažkoks tunelinis mąstymas ir požiūris į klientą. Apsistojome didesniame kambaryje su vaikais. Visur užsakydami pildėme kiek jiems metų. Bet jausmas, kad viešbutis laukė tik dviejų susaugusių. 2 rankšluosčiai vonioje. 2 antklodės. Nepamenu, kada teko pačiai vilkti viešbutyje patalynę. Suprantu kokiame kempinge, o čia dar Radisson. Sausa grietinėlė kavai? Gal metas viešbučio administracijai bent jau iki Rygos ar kaimyninės Lenkijos palėkti stažuotei, kad įsivertintumėte, kaip ne kažkaip atrodote kaliaujančių žmonių akyse. Dar įdomus ir labai daug pasakantis momentas - per visą viešnagės laiką nei vienas viešbučio darbuotojas nei vienoje vietoje nepakalbino, nepasiteiravo, ar viskas ok, ar nieko netrūksta ir pan. Reiškia neįdomu, neaktualu tas svečias apskritai ir koks skirtumas, kokia jo viešnagės patirtis.
