Luxury stay in a beautiful city.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The hotel was spotless with welcoming helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was very accommodating to my needs within reason & the staff were easily reached whenever I called reception if I needed anything whilst recovering from surgery. The filtered water machine on the hall landing was a bonus. Perfect for water refills to stay hydrated during my stay and hot water at the press of a button for a selection of tea bags that were provided in the room. The maids visited daily & replenished the room with anything needed. The breakfast provided was plentiful. Hotel beautifully decorated with a lovely scent. Rooms warm & cosy. I stayed as a solo traveller for a few nights before my family joined me & felt safe & well looked after. I would absolutely stay here again & really enjoyed my week’s stay. Thank you x

Cons:

Only negative was the price of room service for other meals. I would have used this service if it was more reasonably priced rather than outsourcing food deliveries.

Хороший надійний варіант, повернемося ще.
Pros:

Розташування, парковка, дійсно вау-сніданки, меню в ресторані приємно вразило і вечеря була неймовірна. Чисто в номері, підлога не ковролін, а дуже якісний ламінат, що не часто зустрінеш.

Cons:

Стандартний номер дуже маленький. Ми зупинялися на три ночі і доводилося відкривати- закривати валізи постійно, бо місця тримати їх відкритими не було, а крихітна шафа не дозволяла розкласти навіть необхідні речі.

Nowoczesny hotel w centrum miasta wprost wymarzony do zostania jak najdłużej.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja jak na Kowno, mega wygodne łóżka i komfortowe pokoje. Mnóstwo atrakcji w pobliżu, poczynając od małych knajpek, deptaka, rewelacyjnej architektury i dostępnej komunikacji. Zdecydowanie miejsce godne polecenia!

Cons:

Nie było w hotelu takiej sytuacji aby coś mi się nie podobało.
