The closeness to venue and accessibility. Very nice layout and it was clean.

Cons:

The elevator was down on our last day so the wait was crazy with only one elevator. Our fridge wasn't working when we first arrived but it was replaced once we called front desk.

Nice place, friendly staff and very customer focused.
Pros:

Convenient location and good breakfast. Shuttle to Reliant Stadium it great, too as well as being able to leave our vehicle, parked there during the game. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms need some updating. Some of the wood was broken off around the in-room refrigerator and the carpet was worn.

Ok, but probably wouldn’t return
Pros:

Close enough to the reason I was in Houston

Cons:

It’s pretty old, outdated. Rust and deteriorating surfaces.. bathroom door.. ceiling, other places. Bathroom could have been much cleaner. Just didn’t feel as clean as I would prefer.

Definitely recommend this hotel, Excellent location.
Pros:

Location was excellent, Shuttle service to Texas Children’s was wonderful and never a hassle or had a long wait (even though it’s stated otherwise) front desk staff was in such a good mood and had a great vibe. Brisk walk to NRG if that’s what you’re looking for. Will definitely stay here again.

Location was terrific for a our trip. Nice full bar and a pretty decent breakfast offering.

Cons:

There was an elevator out of service ... not really a big deal as we were on the second floor.

The staff were very pleasant and kind. The location was perfect for our trip.

Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned. The carpet was dirty, the bathroom was also not fully clean. There was mildew all in the shower. The room also smelled very musty.
