Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent. The issue was there was a leak in the main pathway coming from the bathroom . They responded immediately and sucked the water up and put a blower fan on it. It never stopped leaking so the next morning we changed rooms. Everything was fine. The next morning when the room attendent was cleaning; she discovered a leak from the ac unit. They came immediately; turned the unit off and vacumined and put blower on it. After a few hours it was hot so they came and replaced unit which didn't cool nearly as well. rooms should be checked ahead

Not luxury but was good location.
Pros:

The location was good our event was at the NRG stadium so we could easily walk. The breakfast was fine, the staff were attentive and tidy, selection was good too.

Cons:

The hotel could have been updated, our room was in need of repair as fair as shower had been well used and bathroom door had been re hung and still closed with difficulty. The elevators were both very slow to open and I think tired . A good up grade would be wonderful for the hotel over all. No AC in the hall ways or elevators.
