I like the location of the hotel as it is right beside the children’s hospital.
You have to pay 15.00 for parking which is crazy as I am guest already paying to stay at the property. The room was so hot. The ac barely worked. We did get a fan but the fan made such a loud noise we couldn’t use it. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were so scratchy feeling. Honestly I should’ve kept my reservation for the holiday inn instead but we had a good experience with other SpringHill inns but this one was our most least favorite.

Friendliness of the Staff. Attention to detail.
The Uncomfortable Dining experience. The Dining area was hot, and there was a Big Loud Fan Blowing. (3 days) This took the comfort out of sitting and enjoying our meals. The TVs in the dining area during breakfast were not on. Also, only having the use of 1 elevator has become a "STAPLE" of this Springhill suites location... 3years running. 😏
The breakfast was awesome. It seemed fresh. Lots of choices for all types of diet.
The first room, the door latch was broken. We were moved to another room. The size was great and what we expected.The overall cleanliness with the room and the workout room wasn’t done thoroughly. It looked like it had a wipe down more than a cleaning. It wasn’t just that day either. It was a buildup grime in the bathroom sink, tub, and floors. There was a smell of smoke within the building even though it was supposed to be no smoking.

Staff was nice and location was nice but room was not upgraded at all.
A series of problems occurred during my stay including staples on the ground, pubic hair in the shower, shower drain clogged, leaks and wet floor outside of bathroom next to bed, musty smell in room, and drinks inside refrigerator overall not decently cleaned. Pool was closed from health department and ac was broken on main floor. Definitely not worth the price.
They did not clean the room or bring clean linens after our first night.
Not much except for the staff at the front desk was very accommodating
We had to switch rooms because the first room had a very bad stale odor and musky smell plus the bathroom shower faucet was dripping constantly
La ubicaciòn cercana al estadio y con comericios alrededor. Es un barrio tranquilo y bien ubicado en torno a lugares como el centro, los museos y los parques. Cuentan con el servicio de transporte alrededor del hotel, y el desayuno que ofrecìan era muy rico y variado.
La limpieza solo la realizan cada tercer día y hay que solicitarla. Las màquinas de hielo no funcionaban en algunos pisos. La atención a turistas que hablan español era muy limitada.
