Definitely will stay here again!
Pros:

Easiest check in of all time. Friendly staff. Excellent housekeeping service. Great central location.

Cons:

The mattress could have been a little more firm, but that's just personal preference.

Pros:

Location and staff were great.

Cons:

Ceiling over the shower looked like it was falling. Bed was lumpy. Breakfast and coffee were bad. “Hot” food was cold. Selection was very limited. This was 15 minutes after breakfast began so I can’t imagine how it was an hour or two later.

Bad service, bad breakfast, and uncomfortable bed.
Cons:

Cleaning staff was extremely rude. On my second day there she knocked on my door at 9:30 am. After explaining we would be leaving for the day, I asked if they could come back in an hour. She flatly refused and said she could come back in 15 minutes or nothing. My room was not cleaned for the rest of my one week stay, even on days when I left by 9:00 am. I had to ask for sheets to change my own bed.
