From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.
Please note that children's breakfast is not included in the breakfast-included rate. Children's breakfast will be charged separately.

Great location, a lot of eateries nearby . Nice foot massage next to the FO.

Almost everything. The facilities are very uncomfortable- the swimming pool doesn’t have a single sun bed, literally nowhere to relax. The roof top cafe is very uncomfortable and with very poor menu. Smells bad. Not mentioning sauna - it’s simply broken and not working. Very worn out everything. The room itself is much nicer in pictures rather than in reality. It’s clean but that’s all about it. The worst part is that the whole building is facing a huge construction site which is just in the beginning and definitely will take a few years from now onwards of noise and dust. With all such conditions the price is not worth it.

The water pressure for the shower is too low.

The room seems to be haunted… I felt the bed shakes and something was pressing onto me while I was asleep.
Staff weren’t helpful at all. I asked for a hairdryer and they said will bring it up to my room but waited for 2hr and at the end I got it myself.
The property itself was clean and well structured
The way there are many lifts and it’s very confusing and people can easily lose their way around
