Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that children's breakfast is not included in the breakfast-included rate. Children's breakfast will be charged separately.

In line with the latest Government directive, please note that our hotels are now open for staycations or other travel purposes, and our Food & Beverage outlets are permitted to have dine-in guests.

Please note the heated pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 to 15:00.

Complimentary parking is available for 1 car per reserved room.

Guests must pay an additional MYR 16 per day or MYR 1 per hour to park a second vehicle.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

The staff should know that when the restaurant at level 5 was crowded during breakfast, they should remain 2 coffee maker instead of 1. The other coffee maker was used to make coffee only (i was not sure whether it was done on Saturday or Sunday). Another observation I notice was that the male staff at the entrance has to ask the waiter or waitress or the chef (instead of standing) to clear the used plate on the table (not enough manpower). This is not a complaint but to make improvements. Thanks

The grab should use Swiss Garden hotel lobby to load and unload of passengers instead of using Windmill Upon Hill lobby.
