Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that children's breakfast is not included in the breakfast-included rate. Children's breakfast will be charged separately.

In line with the latest Government directive, please note that our hotels are now open for staycations or other travel purposes, and our Food & Beverage outlets are permitted to have dine-in guests.

Please note the heated pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 to 15:00.

Complimentary parking is available for 1 car per reserved room.

Guests must pay an additional MYR 16 per day or MYR 1 per hour to park a second vehicle.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Cons:

The hotel was a huge disappointment. There was an unpleasant odor in the room and on the linens. Our "forest view" was completely blocked by other buildings. Even on the 29th floor, the soundproofing was so poor that traffic and construction noise kept us awake all night. Additionally, the elevators in Block D are a nightmare; we waited 20 minutes to go downstairs and 30 minutes to reach the pool. Definitely not recommended.

Excellent central location, well-equipped facilities, and overall relaxing atmosphere. We had a nice room with mountain view, really good breakfast, and the hotel also has massage place at the check in counter.
