Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that children's breakfast is not included in the breakfast-included rate. Children's breakfast will be charged separately.

In line with the latest Government directive, please note that our hotels are now open for staycations or other travel purposes, and our Food & Beverage outlets are permitted to have dine-in guests.

Please note the heated pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 to 15:00.

Complimentary parking is available for 1 car per reserved room.

Guests must pay an additional MYR 16 per day or MYR 1 per hour to park a second vehicle.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

I dont like the guard .
Pros:

Very clean . Very good place to stay , very nice staff , very nice view . All good .

Cons:

Guard at Swimming pool area . Other people use normal cloth can .no disturb them . My bay only use pants not swimming suite, toche us , keep comming, keep disturbing .

Pros:

Great room. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable to sleep on.

Cons:

Not a single cutlery in the kitchenette. Not even a spoon or plate available, yet there was a full functioning induction stovetop. Other than that, all other facilities were great.

Pros:

Hi, everything is in good condition, front desk staff helpfully, and environment clean.

Cons:

I have a comment about security management service.
Beginning, we check with front desk regarding any EV charges service, front desk ask us deal with security guard near the lobby entrance.
We deal with that foreigner security guard, he said RM 70 can overnight charge battery, we paid thru QR.
Finally we found this guard totally not understand what we looking for, then he said the RM 70 only for VIP Parking near the lobby. We rejected it, we need EV charger, not for parking. We ask for refund, then he said management office off, can't refund.
Finally we decided offset the RM 70 for 4 hours EV battery charger, but the guard supervisor told us without any cable for battery charger.
The EV car is from my friend, he is staying with me at Swiss Garden too.
I already get the email address from the supervisor, will email them ask for refund.
Finally, I hope ur management can have a good arrangement for the guard/staff for any communications purpose.

Weekend Getaway
Pros:

The location, there are plenty of food around, 10 mins drive to Genting Premium Outlet where you can easily access to the cable car.
The heated kid's pool is so cool.
The gymnasium facing the Genting highlands view, which is a plus.

Cons:

The pillows are sour and stinky.
The breakfast buffet has limited food choices. Doesn't feel like 4 star hotel standard.
Water heater takes longer time to get hot.
The aircond in both room are not cooling.
There is only one hair dryer for an apartment with 2 rooms.

Pros:

The property is conveniently located near restaurants and convenience stores, and the room is spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

However, there was some dust on the bedside table, and the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell. It would be great if the shower head were adjustable and no hairdryer provided in the room.
