It was clean, the atmosphere was nice, the room was nice and spacious. I would definitely stay again.

We always stay at La Quinta before we fly. We always look forward to our stay. The staff are so wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast is great!
Vanessa L. noticed that I had a cane, and automatically switched me to the main floor. She also expedited charging snacks to my room, and when I overslept for my shuttle, she tried to get anyone else to come and get me. Her customer service skills were anticipatory and outstanding.

Stayed here for 3 nights during basketball tournament. Hotel was at full capacity. Had no HOT WATER. Was not offered a new room. I even offered them to come and see for themselves. Instead, I was told that because there were so many teenagers staying at the hotel, that’s why I was having an issue in my room. There were a few other rooms with this issue. I was told that ROBIN the general manager would call me Monday when she got in. NO CALL. She instead told Expedia she will not compensate me because it was fine when she arrived Monday. So unprofessional. I however keep documentation of every conversation. Always communicate via text or email. They think they are slick. When I text saying I had no hot water, she called me instead of replying back via text. Nice try. Do not stay here. In addition, we had a leak under the sink and our heater was making noise all night.. place is old and outdated. They clearly need to have their boilers checked to make sure they’re up to code.
Right from the check-in time when we saw Christina she was so nice and helping us with everything as we are from out of town. Her service was impeccable and she was very kind
