On voulait de la Clim et une piscine pendant la canicule objectif rempli. Le reste pas à la hauteur du prix.

Beautiful location and garden, but the stay was disappointing due to room issues, poor comfort, food quality, and commun

The location is beautiful and the garden/outdoor area is very nice. The property itself has a pleasant atmosphere, and some members of the staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay had several issues. When we entered the room, the sink was blocked and overflowed when I washed my hands. The welcome water bottle was empty and dirty, and I was told at reception that I should fill it myself. During the heatwave there was only a duvet and no lighter cover, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The shower water temperature kept changing from hot to cold. Around 3 p.m., a fire alarm/drill woke us up and scared us, as we thought there was a real fire. We also ordered chicken for lunch, but both my girlfriend and I could not eat it because it was extremely chewy. Some staff members were polite, but others did not speak English, which made communication difficult. Also, the terrace I paid for was not covered, so it was practically unusable in the heat and sun.

Les verres sales en plastique qui traînent tout autour de la piscine qui donnent l’impression d’être au camping
La qualité désastreuse de la restauration avec du pain surgelé, des entrées et desserts à prendre toute en globalité, un plat principal réchauffé, un vin chaud
La chambre à 395 euros (prestige golf)) n’a aucun charme et vous pourrez prendre votre douche avec vue directe sur le parking
C’était catastrophique ! Je ne comprends même pas les bons avis
Pour avoir connu l’hôtel avant qu’il soit repris par mercure, c’était une belle perte de qualité
