This facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Good breakfast. I just wish it was a little more aff

Great hotel and relaxing stay
Pros:

Besides the entryway, the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The entrance and exit to hotel were a little confusing.

Cons:

I stay here often, the breakfast has went down. The keep up was not kept well. They couldn’t keep up with the cleaning nor the replacement of the complementary breakfast. I notice the towels were Not clean/ / white like normal. The rooms nice but need upgrades. Location is nice. It’s nice & clean when you walk-in, Stafff at front desk is always friendly when entering.

We were told by the staff that while sitting down in lobby area that they were not allowed to turn the TV station to another channel. We wanted to look at the football bowl game while we were reclining down in the lobby. We were disappointed by that

The water wasn’t hot. The bed was very uncomfortable. The AC in the main room didn’t work. The lame by the bed tripped the breaker when I would plug my phone charger in. The breakfast was horrible.

Cons:

I canceled my reservation within 2 hours of booking for 2 rooms. I even called the hotel to cancel it over the phone. I was only reimbursed for 1 room. The property kept $129.17. Not happy at all!
