Pros:

Housekeeping staff were fenomenal and excellent service.

Bathroom should get fixed staining like from construction or repairs but clean


Front desk need to work on their customer service. At check in I didn’t get an explanation of anything like breakfast times and where pool are is exct exct and didn’t even make eye contact . At check out she only grab the room key and said you can go that it didn’t engage with conversation nor asking how my stay was .
Need to train better the front desk the rest of the staff were excellent the housekeeping staff and kitchen staff were excellent and attentive

Disappointed with the temperature and shower pressure.
Pros:

The access to the highway was great.

Cons:

We had two rooms booked and upon arrival the air conditioner was turned to the off position, the temperature in room was 78. Texas in the summer is very hot and there was not enough time to cool the room off before bed.
