Wonderful
Pros:

This was truly an exceptional experience. The entire staff was so pleasant. The champagne bar was delightful and the hostess during breakfast Ana was amazing. Ana has an organic friendly personality. She does her job so well. My husband and I came from Dallas Texas to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday. I loved the uniqueness of the hotel,
Especially the elevator.

Cozy hotel with a fine personality
Pros:

This hotel leaves a memory to stay on for along time. I loved the cozy style sitting area. Rooms were small but just perfect for the cold winter , the time we visited. Very unique lift 😃 saw LV lift for the time ever.
We had very early check out but the service staffs were kind enough to pack our breakfast for a takeaway. It was all a good and memorable experience at le Dokhan

Great Hotel
Pros:

Great hotel with amazing staff! It has so many unusual and cool features. Elevator is made from an original Louis Vuitton trunk. Small but really cool. Hotel has the oldest Champagne bar in Paris. Rooms are small but very clean. Hotel is located walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and lots of restaurants. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

The hotel itself feels like stepping into a "hôtel particulier"... Parisian Old Flair!
Pros:

I had a memorable stay at this charming hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and eager to share the property’s rich history. Special Shoutout to Habib at the concierge desk, Ana who was extremely helpful and charming at breakfast and Maria who is an amazing sommelier! the Dokhan happens to have the oldest champagne bar in Paris!

The hotel itself feels like stepping into a "hôtel particulier," which felt like a grand, private urban mansion or townhouse, with famous paintings and fascinating historical details around every corner.

The only drawback was the uber-tiny rooms. While cozy, clean and beautifully decorated with all of the "Parisian Old Flair" they were noticeably smaller than expected, which might be a concern for travelers with lots of luggage or those wanting more space.

Tips: Use your Marriott Bonvoy status... you get complimentary breakfast if you are Platinum or above.
Do have a glass of champagne at the historical bar
Do enjoy the ride in the only Louis Vuitton elevator in the city
Do check out the no-fuss delicious walking distance restaurant called "Bistrot Le Poincaré" get the Seabass or Entrecôte! it was recommended by the hotel and delicious!

Overall, if you appreciate great service, character, and culture, this hotel is a gem—as long as you don’t mind a tiny -compact room.

Marriott Points Not Worth It
Pros:

The hotel was not worth the points. The size of the sleeping room was a shoe box. No room for your luggage. Bathroom very small. However the service was great and Anna at the breakfast was terrific. They didn’t have Tabasco for the breakfast and Anna went out to get it for my husband! Very nice people. Great location, walking distance to the ET.

To call it a 5-Star Hotel is a joke - Disappointing Stay
Pros:

I recently stayed at Le Dokhan’s Hotel in Paris, and it is absolutely not a five-star experience. The property is very run down and in serious need of refurbishment.
The first room I was given had a toilet lid that wouldn’t stay up, and when I opened it, I discovered the seat hadn’t been cleaned — there were visible traces of faeces. I was moved to another room, but it was still dated, tired, and poorly maintained. The room setup was also very inconvenient, with no accessible electric sockets, which made charging devices unnecessarily frustrating.
The rooms are not soundproofed at all — I could hear everything from the guests above me, including showers, flushing, and even urination.
The front desk staff were unhelpful, untrained, and uninterested. There was no warm welcome, no explanation about the hotel or its amenities, and no offer to help with bags — just a key handed over with no guidance. When I reported the unhygienic condition of my first room, I received a brief apology but no sense of urgency or follow-up. To make matters worse, as I was checking out, I saw the same room (206) being given to a new guest, clearly without the issue having been addressed.
I was offered a bottle of water and some biscuits as compensation, which felt tokenistic and insincere.
On a positive note, the breakfast service was lovely — a lady named Anna Karina was genuinely hospitable and one of the few bright spots of the stay.
Our company had this hotel on the approved list for business travel, but following several complaints from colleagues — and now my own experience — we will be removing Le Dokhan’s Hotel from our list. It is entirely undeserving of its five-star rating and does not meet even basic hospitality standards.

Tiny toms, huge price and indifferent service
Pros:

Marriott struggles to provide a hotel in Paris where service, price and quality align with their flag. Paris is just not worth Bonvoy loyalty and Le Dokhan is a perfect illustration of that. While there is really nothing wrong with the property, there is a little that is right either when one takes into account prices, space and service This is aTtribute level property purely because of the decor the hotel brings to the table and for no other reason.

Rooms are $800/night for the lowest category and smaller than a college dorm. No complimentary breakfast for Titanium members, zero communication provided to guest regarding hotel amenities, hotel location or potentially disruptive public events near the hotel (we had no idea we were staying there at the same time as a 40,000 person marathon around the corner, and yet friends at Courtyard level hotels were given a heads up about how it might impact one's plans) or how to watch.

Perhaps most disappointing was the snobbish feigned shock that guest paying over $1000 for a room would think the basic toiletries would be awaiting them. As it turns out, apparently Marriott only requires it's properties to stock five toiletries and Le Dokhan's decided hair conditioner is for losers (one must request it - and not a word mentioned at check in).

Absolutely just a massive gap between prices and product. I know Paris is expensive, but you are better off in one of the Moxy's where you're not expecting anything and therefore not paying for service that doesn't exist what happened to Jason's Lego backpack

Bottom line - avoid Le Dokhans and really, Marriott in general in Paris.

Don't stay here! Unhygienic.
Pros:

We have stayed in many Marriott hotels but don't stay here!!! Our first room had a toilet seat that when you sat down would hit you in the back because it wouldn't stay up. Asked for another room because they had no maintenance person there to fix it. Loaded up our luggage again and moved to different room. We were exhausted as it was late so went to sleep. Next morning saw there was huge spot of dried blood on my husband's pillow. I was totally grossed out. My husband went down to desk to complain and they said they would tell manager. Never heard from manager and as we were leaving the person at front desk asked again how was our stay. I told her it was "terrible' and she said she would tell the manager about issues. We have yet to hear from him. We would of at least liked I'm sorry or even our points back. Please Marriott don't make me question staying at a Marriott again.

Great location and quaint
Pros:

It was a great location for touring. The staff was so helpful and kind. We needed help navigating the bus and rail system and they were . patient and kind.
Hansley was a great communicator and Ann in the breakfast room did an amazing job of serving and taking care of us.
It did need a little paint and maybe new carpeting and freshening up though.

Pretty and charming BUT BEDBUGS and much in need of modernizing touches….
Pros:

Yes, the staff is very pleasant (although, like everywhere, it’s understaffed - some days our room wasn’t cleaned until 4:00 pm), and the decor very charming (especially the champagne bar) BUT the rooms urgently need modernizing: no free sockets anywhere, no coffee machine (a kettle but nowhere to plug it in), hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall…. Only one small lift (lined with a Vuitton trunk) for everyone, so long waits. The rooms are tiny and as there are no shelves or drawers to unpack your clothes, you need to leave an open suitcase out - which means no room to move! Most worrying, I definitely got bitten on my last night. And looking back at other reviews, I’m not the first guest to experience bedbugs. What a pity!

Good hotel in excellent location
Pros:

I traveled for business for one night and found this to be a very good option in Paris. The location was central and excellent. Personnel were courteous and helpful. Rooms could use some updating- plumbing in particular was troublesome as my shower didn’t work properly (temperature issues). It’s on a pretty busy street but I didn’t hear anything in the room at night with the windows closed.

Enjoyed chatting with the very helpful Ana Karina at breakfast about our shared experiences in Mexico City. Breakfast and coffee were great. As a platinum Bonvoy member, breakfast was included for me (perhaps it is for everyone?). Consisted of yogurt, bread (gluten free for me which was nice), and fruit. There was a full menu but I’m sure whether this is at additional cost. As it were, the continental breakfast provided was plenty.

Would be great for a stay with friends or as a couple. I probably wouldn’t come back here with kids due to the tight quarters, unless renting a suite.

Avoid this hotel.
Pros:

This was the worst Marriott hotel stay I have ever had. First, when I arrived around 7 pm (19:00), no one offered to help me with my bags. When I checked in, the woman at the desk was incredibly rude. She told me that I booked a classic room and was putting me in a room on the second floor. I explained that I did not; that I booked a deluxe room and I attempted to show her my booking on the Bonvoy app but she again told me that hotel records showed that I booked a classic room. She said she would upgrade me to deluxe. At check in, she did not provide any information about whether the hotel had a breakfast or any other amenities. She did not offer to help with my bags (no one helped with my bags) and I had to ask where the elevator was. When I arrived at my room I was shocked to see the size and condition of the room. The air conditioning vents were filthy. They were gray and black with dust and looked like they had not been cleaned in years. I was even more appalled when I saw the bathroom. The shower head was completely corroded. The toilet was so close to the wall that I had to sit on the toilet sideways to use it. I wanted to wash my hair but when I was in the shower, I realized that there was no conditioner, so I had to wait to request it in the morning. At this point, I strongly considered checking out and into another hotel instead. Ultimately, I was tired from traveling and I decided that it was not worth the effort to leave. However, due to these issues, I will never stay at this hotel again. This was the worst Marriott property I have stayed at.

Best traditional hotel in Paris
Pros:

I stayed in this hotel for 3days with my children. The exterior is very traditional. Staff in desk was very kind. They introduced their hotel facilitis very well and it was easy to understand. Even though the elevator was very narrow(maybe 3adults cannot be in there together), the interior was filled with Louis Vuitton Design. Very classy!
I enjoyed breakfast in the champagne bar known as the first bar in Paris.
The staff, named Anna was very thoughful and very kind to my kids.
I really appriciated about that.
If you want to stay in gorgeous traditional hotel in Paris, Visit here!
Plus, It was very close to trocadero that you can see Eiffel Tower in front of you!
Every morning and night I walked to see Eiffel Tower.
But one thing, you remember that this hotel was not square type.
That means the room size would be smaller than you expect.

Disappointing But Far From Terrible
Pros:

The hotel has Parisian boutique hotel charm. Nicely located near the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are adequate size, though the room our teen boys stayed in had an unusable toilet. That is, the bathroom is simply too small for use. Hotel staff had no answer for this. Our boys were forced to come to our room when they needed to use the bathroom. Also, the carpeting on the stairs is stained and torn. The elevator, on the hand, is small and charming. For the price though, this hotel falls quite short.

A little piece of Parisian Heaven!
Pros:

From start to finish this was a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect: a reasonably short walk to the Eiffel Tower and The L’Arc de Triomphe and handy for the metro too.
Staff were all wonderful and were so welcoming on arrival , providing us with a beautifully appointed suite . Many thanks to Irina and Mary for superb service and the lovely surprise on our anniversary.
Breakfasts were excellent both for service and for delicious food. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Champagne/ Wine Bar in the evenings.
Definitely worth a visit.

Kismet in the 16th
Pros:

In a charming neighborhood, our trip was kismet from the moment of our arrival. While the hotel is compact, each space is beautifully appointed and cared for with love. We traveled to Paris with our 4 year old twins and the staff embraced them with open arms, making our family vacation that much more special. We ate breakfast each day at the hotel and Ana was the highlight of our visit- not only providing impeccable service, but entertaining our children with napkin art and coloring. Merci, Ana!
