The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. The breakfast was slim pickins. Took a couple minutes to get hot water.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, cos it's right off the 40. There's not much around, but this is the kind of hotel you stay in for a quick overnight. The staff is friendly and the property is clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The ice machine could have been more esaily available and there could be a bit more variety in the offered breakfast. That said, it was filling.

Don't punish the locals to stay in a local motel
Pros:

The bed was fine but that was all

Cons:

I had already paid for the room and because I was local once I got there they ask for 100.00 deposit that u don't get back for 3 to 5 days..That is not on anything I read it should be told 2 you up front.
The bathroom was dirty and the place is rundown

Just stay somewhere else
Pros:

The location was good. That's literally all I can think of that was good about it.

Cons:

This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff were unhelpful. They made trying to change checkout dates as big of a headache as possible and still charged me for a night we didn't stay.

The pool was green and so murky that my daughter nearly lost a pool toy that she dropped to the bottom. The entire place was in a state of disrepair. You open the gate to the pool by pulling hard, since the latch is broken. The bathtub shifted like the floor below it was rotted out when I was in the shower. The breakfast consisted of some scrambled eggs in water, some rock-hard biscuits, and the thinnest gravy I've ever seen. There was no coffee. The guy at the front desk said they were out and seemed to not care too much about it.

The place was dirty. The trash can in our room hadn't even been emptied before we got to the room. There were rusting shipping containers in the parking lot. Almost anything that could be wrong with a hotel was wrong with this hotel. I'm surprised Wyndham allows this place to be associated with their brand. I'll definitely have second thoughts before staying in one of their hotels again.

Pros:

Great proximity to Hwy 81 for easy access and next to Cracker Barrel.

Cons:

I have stayed here multiple times for an annual trip to Bristol Motor Speedway. The quality of the facility has declined significantly over the past few years. The quality and availability of breakfast items was the most disappointing this visit. It doesn't seem like routine maintenance of the building is even happening. I have decided to book elsewhere next time.
