I would definitely look somewhere else next time.

Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

The room was not what I expected. First, the window was completely fogged up and dingy. The shower door would not stay closed and the toilet seat was either set wrongly or didn’t fit the bowl. The shower itself doesn’t have a place to put your soap or shampoo which is odd. Either the room needs to be updated or if it was, it was a poor attempt.

Would never stay here again. Should have taken pictures put that would have been gross

It was the closest hotel to Busch Gardens. Friendly, efficient staff.
Easy check in

Cons:

It wasn’t represented properly on the website. I had booked a room online specifically because it said it had a tub. The room we were given only had a shower. We called the front desk to change our room they said none were available. Our shower ended up having someone else’s hair in it. Comforter was dirty with stains. The whole place felt stale. My husband was excited for breakfast being included so we went down. It was horrible. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

I would never stay there again.
Pros:

The location was perfect. That was the only good thing about this establishment.

Cons:

The room I occupied had bed bugs. No one at the front desk answered the phone after multiple attempts. After leaving, I called the hotel to inform them of the bed bug issue and they weren’t too concern.

Cons:

I did not like the staff in the front she was so rude so nasty they charge me 3 times for $50 and I called in to get my money back told me she didn’t have anything to do with that couldn’t help to call my back and hung up the phone on me
