Did not meet my expectations and I was disappointed.
Pros:

Location was good, right near Busch gardens

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were flat, reminded me of a hospital bed. My tv wasn’t working, the shower took a long time to get hot - on my last day I took a cold shower because I was in a rush and I didn’t have time to wait 10-15 minutes for the water to get hot. Also the night before I checked out my keys to my room weren’t working and I had to get them replaced. Overall I was disappointed with my experience and will not be returning.

Cons:

The room wasn't as clean as it could be. It was just two nights so we suffer through. The hotel is in need of renvoations and upgrades. The wifi wasn't too reliable either. The tv was pretty small, and when we went to grab the remote, it was sticky.

MAX FACTOR'S On deck!
Pros:

I was greeted with *THE BEST RECEPTIONIST EVER" as soon as I walked into the Wyndham Garden Williamsburg lobby. It was cold outside and Max greeted me and made me feel very welcome. Max, was the receptionists name. I arrived early to beat the rain storm. Max understood, and was even able to check me in earlier than the normal time. I totally appreciated her kindness and efforts to make my stay a great one. Also, a gentleman named Constantine, who worked in the breakfast area in the morning was exceptional! He handled all of the resupply for the area, but he was so kind and knowledgeable about the area. I truly enjoyed my stay! The entire staff was exceptional, but I only remembered two of their names. I will definitely stay here again & recommend my friends. Thanks you.

Cons:

There's nothing I didn't like, except I couldn't stay longer. It was peaceful & relaxing. The pool was not open yet due to season. Yet, I cannot blame the hotel for it being too cold out to swim?!

Cons:

Our door could not be opened by a female, remote didn’t work half the time despite asking for help, toilet didn’t flush half the time and they charged us extra and came up with excuses that it would come out of our account later! Really?!

Good stay for a night with pets
Pros:

Everything was clean and great for our overnight stay with our dog. The pet fee is a bit pricey but it's fine. Overall, we felt comfortable and had a good stay.

Cons:

Only negative was our sink didnt drain properly but everything else was fine!
