None of the above
Rude check-in. Toilet wouldn’t flush urine as the water pressure was so weak. Repacked and went down to request another room. Front desk agent left us there for 20 minutes or so to go up to the room and see for herself. I estimate the hotels occupancy that night to be 8-10% max.
Secondly, they turned off the water at 10:00am. An hour before checkout. Almost didn’t get a shower before Busch gardens. This stay almost ruined our entire trip.
The property was perfectly situated for our needs on this trip. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our benefit. Nice quiet location.
Great room, comfy bed, and awesome distance to Busch Gardens. Best part, though, was Max, front desk person. So sweet!
No microwaves in rooms.
It’s close to bush gardens and to a target it has breakfast
The pool even in the summer isn’t open I’ve stayed here three times they never open it the room didn’t have a microwave when my sisters did, but you get what you pay for so it was to sleep and shower only
Easy check out
Room had no ac and indian lady looked at us like we were retarted.
The staff was quite nice, and the breakfast was pretty average. The pressure of the water from the shower was brilliant and very relaxing. The air conditioner was very nice and cooled the area well. Another thing I loved was the location since it was very close to Busch Gardens.
The WIFI wasn't reliable. It was frustrating for me to join my meetings. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were hard to work with, but that wasn't too annoying. At one point, when I was going to the elevator in the North area of the building, the elevator's lights completely turned off.
Area and price
Cable is poor, room was clean but could tell that cleanliness was not a priority of hotel, dog barked all night. Very dimly lit room.
Peaceful , quiet
Cost was cheap
Bed was small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke. I thought would be an actual breakfast. Coffee was terrible and they call a continental breakfast. Yuk. I went and paid for breakfast elsewhere.
The beds were to small for 2 people to sleep in.
The beds could’ve been more comfortable and bigger!
