Filthy. I stopped to see if I could do an early check in. So I asked can I use the restroom
Nasty. smelled urine terribly. all the toilets were filled with urine floors dirty. paper towels all on the floor. When we checked in I saw spills down the hallway. I looked for a house keeper or houseman . Never saw one. I couldn't believe how nasty it was. Dont mentioned the breakfast and the dinning room. A absolutely mess. This cannot be a part of Wyndham brand of hotels.
I liked the outside space better than the inside. And the location of the place was convenient.
I didn’t like the smell, the dirty carpet, the elevators not working properly. And the night staff. The breakfast was bland as well. And had issues with connecting to the WiFi.

The hotel was OLD. It is in desperate need of upgrading/updating in the bathrooms. All the repairs in the bathroom looked like they were done and then haphazardly finished. It was like someone wasn't taking pride in their work.

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and while we enjoyed our time in Williamsburg, the hotel was horrible. Started out with the TV not working. Had to go downstairs four times and then, still ended up with no TV that night. When we tried to take a shower, we let it run for at least 20 to 30 minutes the first night and there was no hot water ended up taking a cold shower because, the phones didn't work so you couldn't let the front desk know anything, each thing that went wrong we had to go downstairs to the front desk, wait in line to even report it. That ended up being 6 trips downstairs. When we arrived, the toilet had not even been cleaned. You could see the ring around it before you even used it. The elevator was dirty. It was just a terrible visit. We placed in the "North Wing" like we weren't important because we booked with "BOOKING.com". Was told we could not even get a check out receipt because we booked with Booking.com and they didn't give receipts for that.
