Was a comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

3rd Floor. Very clean room. Easy access to elevators, ice machine and pool. Also nice to have a microwave, small fridge and Keurig machine with coffee/tea pods. Large TV screen. Very comfortable bed. Lovely fresh clean bedding and towels.

Cons:

Table in the room with a view to the swimming pool was not clean when we sat waiting for our room to be ready. Food particles on the table.

Someone vaccuming the hallway early in the morning.

Good but need improvement
Pros:

Staff were very helpful.breakfast is good

Cons:

Basic toiletries were missing.someone will expect toothpaste brush body lotion should be there. During winter definitely water kettle or hot water facility is mandatory.basic drinking water bottle should be there with the cost we are paying

Pros:

Very clean , rooms were lovely and nicely updated, pool was clean, breakfast was fabulous and I loved the healthy options

Cons:

Scott was very friendly and helpful

Won't go wrong choosing this place
Pros:

One of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in. Large, modern rooms, extremely friendly staff, nice amenities and great location. Breakfast included as well, overall a great accomodation and i'd stay here again!

Cons:

Parking is expensive and the website and booking.com show different prices. Additionally, it was a little pricey for low season and amenities offered
