Pros:

Great location (walkable distance to the Falls for fireworks) and clean. Pleasant & helpful staff. We ordered takeout but they didn’t give us utensils. Hotel staff got us what they can. Breakfast with good choices but they ran out of bananas before 9am, only after apples left. Parking with in & out privilege.

Cons:

Parking charge $30 per night is a bit steep.
