The stay at this hotel was great.
Pros:

Breakfast had a lot of variety, it was very good. The location was walking distance from all local attractions.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is a nice addition, and the breakfast has great options. Overall a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Terrible experience with the front desk, very unwelcoming at check-in. The 200$ incidental hold on my credit card was confirmed and charged after my first night at the hotel. The manager confirmed a system error on his end, but so far it's been a month and I haven't received any refund, even after spending hours on the phone with the customer service. I do not recommend.

Pros:

Nice clean well located property with all needed amenities. Breakfast was good. Overall a great stay. Ms. Satveer at the reception desk was amazing, helpful and polite in communication when we went to drop the luggage as we arrived early, she helped us to store the luggage.
Good work by the staff during the breakfast time. Thank you

Cons:

While checking in, Mr. Brian was at the reception desk. I provided my passport for identification but he still kept on asking for local address proof. I asked him how the property deals with international visitors which he never answered and I felt he was harassing us just as we are not from Canada. It was very strange and humiliating to stand at the reception desk for around 10 mins before he gave us the keys. The Management should look into this and teach the staff how to behave and deal with customers. Marriott is a well known brand and employees like him leave a very negative impression on the customer.

Quick getaway with less than great accommodations
Pros:

It was close to everything near the falls. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The gym was great for walking to get steps in when it was pouring outside.

Cons:

There was one coffee pot for the entire hotel which was extremely busy. You had to wait at least 5-10 minutes to get a small cup of mediocre coffee. They had milk and sugar no other options(soy, almond or creamer) there was mold in the shower, on the shower door and pubic hair from the prior guest on the toilet and in the shower.
