Hiyori Hotel Osaka Namba Station

Very modern facilities.

Did not sleep 3! Not as advertised. My child had to sleep on the floor

Room very small for 3:adults. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very central to places we wanted to see. 2 minute walk to Namba Parks and Nankai Namba Station and Medosuji line.

The room and amenities were great. This was the only hotel on our trip to Japan where they held true to the 3pm check in time. It said we were supposed to get a free drink and gift but nothing was ever offered to us. The room was great. Close to the train station and comfy bed. Would recommend.

Very convenient but not sure how it qualifies for a 4-stars where the most basic amenities aren’t there, like fitness room or spa. Room are too small.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay at Hiyori Hotel Osaka. The location is incredible for being across the street from Namba station and the adjoined shopping Mega centers Namba Nankai/Namba parks. Dotonburi was a short 10min walk from the front door, and nearly any other attractions you may want to visit are about 30mins away but train, all available at the station 5mins away.

The staff were wonderful, everyone was cheerful and helpful. We spoke pretty broken japanese, but the staff we interacted with all had enough english abilities to bridge the gap, and even without Japanese skills there are enough english menus/directions to get by (although highly recommend learning some basic phrases as this is appreciated by everyone you will interact with).

The room and property were in excellent condition and had great amenities available. The room had great toiletries complimentary in the room, all which were solid quality. The onsite Laundry was very nice to keep packing light, and we loved the complimentary popsicles in the lobby. Special shoutout to the apple cider vinegar water that was in the lobby too, it tasted great and helped keep my tummy in good eating shape.

We loved our stay at Hiyori Hotel Osaka, and if we are lucky enough to be in Osaka again we will absolutely stay here!

Excellent hotel across from Namba Station. Walk to dotonburi. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.

Great service and well-maintained rooms. Breakfast buffet was a plus. Conveniently located in one of Osaka's hotspots and by Nankai station to head to the airport with ease. Overall excellent stay. Would stay here again on my next Osaka trip.
