Pros:

Le studio est très bien équipé et idéalement placé dans Manhattan Downtown, tout près du Pier 11 Wall Street, et à proximité de nombreuses stations de métro. La taille de l'hébergement est bien adaptée à une famille de 4 personnes, avec deux grands lits doubles. Le personnel et les équipements collectifs de l'hôtel sont également au top.
Note : l'hôtel est le "petit" bâtiment noir de 30 étages au centre de la première photo prise en arrivant au Pier 11 en ferry (Route East River ER)

Cons:

Le tarif est de l'ordre de 800€ / nuitée en cette saison, ce qui constitue une grosse part du budget de ce voyage. La climatisation est un peu bruyante.

Pros:

At check-in, we were upgraded to the top floor, with a decent view of the East River. The next day was the Fourth of July, and we had an incredible view of the fireworks without even having to leave the room. Priceless.

Placemakr is a great hotel/apartment for large groups! It has everything you could think of to make you feel at home
Pros:

Loved it! Location was where I needed to be. Staff were friendly. I have gifted a free upgrade to the room. The room was enormous and I had more amenities there than I needed. I would definitely go back again.

Relatively relaxed location on a holiday weekend.
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed with Placemakr on Wall Street and each stay has been excellent. We stayed for the long weekend over the Fourth of July and the hotel is in a prime location for viewing of the Fireworks. The room was a good size for a group of four. Easy walk to Battery Park and Fraunces Tavern. Taylor at the front desk was friendly and anticipated our needs.
