Très bien situé, parfait pour un bref séjour.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait. Le personnel à l'accueil est très bien. Le restaurant adjacent à l'établissement est vraiment bien, pour le soir ou déjeuner, très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Attention l'isolation des fenêtres est très faible - obligation de mettre la ventilation/chauffage en route - dommage fait beaucoup de bruit. Néanmoins, l'isolation globale de l'appartement est suffisante, nous coupions le chauffage dans la nuit. le petit déjeuner est vraiment rudimentaire, 1 croissant/pâtisserie - selon le stock au moment du passage + café, je conseille de ne pas compter dessus.

Specious room in a good location
Pros:

The room was spacious. Nice to have the kitchen in the room. Also there were a proper kitchen facility and laundry room in the building, which were quite handy to have. The location was good too.

Cons:

We mentioned about the heater not working properly for 5 days in row. The maintenance tried to fix and said that it was fine after adjusting it but eventually we needed to change the room. I wished they offered a different room earlier as the room was so cold. No compensation or any offers for the inconvenience which I felt slightly disappointed as it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The staff were genuinely trying to fix it through.

Great stay. Certainly would be back to the same hotel.
Pros:

Location is great, convenient, close to several metro stations. There is a good network of restaurants and places to eat. Food from room service is very decent with good price. Hotel is clean, smartly organized and decorated. Sizable bedroom, equipped with a small kitchen that allows preparation of quick meals.

Pros:

Pastries were fresh and baristas made great coffees.

Cons:

Pastries were often limited in number, so if you show up late, chances are everything is taken already. Understand that this is not a buffet, but would have been nice to have both water and coffee included in one voucher and not either/or option.
