Pros:

Staff was fantastic. The room was nicely redone and clean. The exterior parking needed to be picked up of trash but overall I was very happy.

Very nice for a quick night, passing through on our road trip!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, very friendly, helpful staff! The breakfast options were great! The only thing that could be better is some Gluten Free muffins. There were muffins, waffles and things that others in our group enjoyed, but having celiac, I could only eat yogurt and eggs, which were very good!

Cons:

One minor thing is that the blankets are sparse.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Rooms were clean and fresh, hotel was exceptionally clean, staff was very nice and accommodating...very quiet. Definitely would stay there again.

Cons:

I just wished they would do the shuttle to the expo center...it would be worth paying a little extra for that service.

It was except able
Pros:

Everyone was nice. You definitely need more waffle makers,you only have the 1. I had to wait 10 minutes just to make 1. The ice machine on 2nd floor was broke,so you had to get ice from the lobby, that was a pain.

Pros:

The room itself was clean and I would have rated higher if it wasn't for their lack of security nor do they seem to care.

Cons:

You're on your own. My truck was parked by the main entrance and the passenger window was broken and my truck rummaged thru. Sadly so was 4 other vehicles on the morning of 3/22. No cameras No security and a deaf desk clerk.

exceptional value, great staff welcoming attitudes..
Pros:

I’ve been staying here a long time, since before the remodel, it’s beautiful, breakfast area and fireplace are outstanding, beautiful marble floors and countertops, must have cost over a million. excellent staff welcoming, and shuttle to airport. my bed is always clean and nice towels big and fluffy!

Cons:

it’s still in remodel stages, that’s acceptable to me as long as the price is right. if it gets too expensive i’ll stay
