Staff is amazing!! Loved staying here and will always consider coming back!
Pros:

The staff is amazing!! They make me and my daughter feel so welcomed, they never let her leave empty handed when we stop by the desk! Sam, i think her name is, is wonderful!! She got my daughter a gift for her birthday! And they are always really good about the pricing. Thank you guys!

Breakfast was decent. Staff very pleasant

Cons:

Carpet in hallway needs to be replaced. Ironing Board was broken. Fridge was severely dated. Lighting in room was very dim.

Nice place to stay for a night with breakfast facility next morning.
Pros:

A good temporary stop for night on our way back from Houston, TX to Brampton, Canada. Good breakfast next morning, comfortable & clean bedding. Good washroom

I will never stay in this over priced dirty hotel again

I didn't like anything about it.

Cons:

The lobby/ breakfast area is to crowded and all up front. Breakfast highly lacking in food quality and quantity. The room was absolutely terrible from the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that someone just tried to paint over, the door delaminating and breaking in the bathroom. Everything just fixed with more caulk. The fan motor is broken and loud. All the drain plugs was not connected. The whirlpool tub the reason I booked the room as soon as I turned on jets red glitter came flowing out and pieces of hair that looked like someone shaved in there. The ac in the room all the buttons was broken off. The fire alarm in the room isn't operational. The mini fridge is so old the compressor is just clunky and loud and doesn't feel cold enough to store milk in.

I didnt like the grounds at all!!

The room was completely old with blood stains on the furniture. The sink wouldnt drain. There was marks on the doors and walls. The frig was old and never cleaned. The TV was old and dated......had no netflix or any streaming services. The door looked like someone busted in the door. There was blood in multiple areas of the room. Just fuzzy chanels. The door had a ( ; )mark on it. The hallway had no cameras. The back exits camera was dated and old and not up to date like all the other cameras throughtout the building. The front desk staff were dismissive of the room. I felt like they put us in a room where they could traffic us. The breakfast on the first day was not filled but once.....so when people who woke late went to breakfast.....there was only a few items left. I asked to speak to a manager and they said there was no manager there.
