Luxury hotel in the heart of Bruge
Pros:

The location was superb, the room was amazing, the service was fantastic, breakfast choices were great and the public areas (breakfast room and lounge) were well designed and lovely spaces to relax/eat/drink.

Cons:

One small thing was the glass door to the bathroom; dangerous when trying to navigate in the middle of the night (caught my thumb twice in the door!) and not in keeping with the rest of the hotel design. However, it didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay.

L’hôtel est hyper bien situé et tellement magnifique, le linge sentait hyper bon ainsi que la chambre ! Le personnel très sympathique et accueillant je vous recommande cette hôtel les yeux fermés

Pros:

Location was great. Staff helpful and accomodating. Had a couple of minor issues with room but were resolved swiftly when staff were made aware. Room was ready early on our arrival. Welcome drink and farewell cookies were a nice tiuch.

Cons:

No anti allergic pillow options. Latex pillows only.

Only the mattress top had linen on. Mattress itself exposed.

Coffee table top which housed coffee machine had only been cleaned around it not under it.

Bleach or cleaning product stain on carpet covered over by a seating cube.

Room very small.

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Innenstadt von Brugge
Pros:

Sehr schönes, kleines "Boutique"-Hotel in ruhiger Lage in Brügge. Freundliches Personal, wir hatten zwei sehr schön ausgestattete "Junior-Suiten" - unsere hatte Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Garage ist in wenigen hundert Metern, ausgestattet mit Ladestation, was ich sehr positiv empfand, weil wir somit über Nacht das Auto laden konnten.

Cons:

Die Betten für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich. Das Frühstück war uns zu teuer (da ich Diät mache, nehme ich ein Buffet nicht in Anspruch).

Hotel location.

Staff friendly and accomodating.

Room was made available early for our arrival around 1pm

Complimentary welcome drinks and?fareqell cookies a nice touch.

Cons:

No options for anti allergy pillows. Latex only.

No linen on mattress only the mattress topper.

Room very small.

Coffee table top only cleaned around machine not under it. Sink was blocked with hair but staff resolved this quickly upon being advised.

Carpet was stained by bleach or similar cleaning product and covered over by placement if a cube seat.

Eurocard only option for using EV chargers in Hotel car park at cost of €70 no option to use Bank issued Credit or Debit Card.

Pros:

Hôtel très beau, très cosy. On s'y sent bien.... comme dans un chez soi rêvé. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, tant en variété qu'en qualité. Et le personnel - essentiellement féminin - est attentif , souriant et disponible, tout en restant très discret. Le mélange parfait pour rendre inoubliable un séjour dans une ville au charme inusable.

Will use this stopover again as hard to fault it
Pros:

Ideal location in quiet street just metres from the central shops, cafes and restaurants. Car park very safe. Breakfast was excellent. An included drink in the evening by the fire was a nice touch.
