Pros:

The rate was very affordable for those living on a tight budget and looking for a decent rate.

Cons:

We dint eat any breakfast during our stay because of the hotel had an awful smell 😖. We found unclean towels in the room, which left us doubting if the bedding were changed before we were assigned the room. Overall it was a great disappointment, there were sign points that it was a smoke free place, but when you open the door to the lobby, the smell says otherwise. We had to open our window for the greatest part of our stay for aeration. The WiFi too was too slow, at our arrival there was an issue with the keys. Some residents had challenges, keys weren't working. This wasn't a big problem, my spouse and I gave them time to have it fixed.

I didnt stay both nights. I was told to leave. I was charged almost $200.????
Pros:

I never stayed there. They said that my card didnt go thru and I was booted out. Please refund me. It was a nightmare.

Cons:

It smelled like animals bad. They booted me out and I had to spend $100 to uber and embarrassed. I never stayed that night.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay a pleasant experience.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and very . The receptionist gave us an accessible room near the lobby. I use a cane and it was a big help. The person keeping up the breakfast area did a good job of keeping it stocked and clean. Even the housekeeping guy had a cheerful hello.

Cons:

Nothing stands out.

Spider webs and ALOT of spiders
Showers not clean I turned the water on and the bottom of the tub fill with dirty water and hairs all in the shower no shampoo no wash rags and maybe a dot of conditioner left in the bottle dirty walkways going to and from rooms and the pool doesn’t work :(

I can tell you what I didn’t like that hotel It was dirty shabby I can handle but dirty is another story. There is no reason to have a business like that.
Said there was a shuttle to the airport but there was no shuttle. The sheets were dirty and there was no staff to fix that problem. It took well over an hour to have that problem solved.

Look above!! I will never book with booking.com again!! EVER

The rooms were clean, but I don’t think we would stay there again.
Pros:

The room itself was clean, the lobby was very dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a long while. There is no elevator, which wasn’t a problem for us but it could be a problem for other guests.

Cons:

The gal who checked us in was ok but not overly friendly. And the lobby and tables in the breakfast area both needed cleaning.
