Your company hires people that work behind the desk but you have to talk to someone in a kiosk god knows where to check in and if there are questions. Thats unacceptable. You get a poor rating for losing human contact. Beds way to high in the air.
We have stayed here before and never had any issues or problems… But it seems to have changed
First of all did not like checking in with a kiosk I like having a face-to-face person to talk to… Second, the bathtub drain would not drain the water. You are always standing in a puddle when you look down or it is full of hair… Also a room did not have a lampshade to cover the bright light bulb on the desk… Third of all there’s no way to find any TV shows because there is no printed out TV guide… You spend more time searching for something to watch then actually watching it… Fourth of all the coffee machine at the free breakfast bar did not work and the waffle maker fluid would not come out… set the ball that were people sitting at the smoking area all night and our room happened to be right outside so you can hear them talking all night and cannot get no rest. I had to turn the fan on just to drowned out the sounds.
I should definitely get a full refund, but there is no way that’s going to happen
The room smelled. We were checked in by a video call even though there was someone at the desk. No elevator. Room smelled. Only one outlet worked in the room. Mold in shower.
Customer service is literally non existent.
The location is great ,close to expressway close to shops and stores, 20 minutes from major city.
The gront desk clerk isnt helpful at all i waited almost 30 minutes to check in along with 5 other people waiting on the kiosk ,i feel that they should che k people in and if busy with a guest then refer them to the kiosk for faster service .

starts with the clown in the box when you check in... does not listen to you when you talk to him insisting he's correct and you are not.
booked an accessable room gave me a regular room. going to the room you can smell ands taste it was a former smoking hotel. got to room late so I'm there morning go to take shower look up and massive amount of mold and silver fish crawling around floor. went downstairs talked to the clown in the box again told him what was going on gives me another room. i asked is this one an accessable room.. he assured me it was i said ok. go in later that night same as other room..long story don't stay here if you want a clean place
Check in was via video link. That failed during checkin and no alternative to check in. Happened to 3 other guests
