When I arrived and checked into my room I found a room that was dirty. The bedspread was on the floor, no sheets on the bed, bathroom was dirty, bathtub had visible footprints in it, and no toilet paper. I immediately went back to the front desk to ask for another room and was told none were available, but that housekeeping would clean the room. By the time I arrived back at the hotel after dinner, the room had been cleaned as promised. However the condition of the carpet in the room was so bad I wore my shoes the entire time I was in the room, and there were cobwebs in the window. The bed was somewhat comfy, however considering the general condition of the rest of the hotel (desperately needs to updates), I worried about bedbugs all night long.
Also, it had the strangest bathtub fixture I'd ever seen. You could only change the water temperature if you turned the water off, and then turned the handle. Very weird.

Place was ok. Very dated. My trip was short but I think if it was longer I would have found a different place to stay. The lady who ran breakfast was very nice though. It was clean.
