I would not recommend this hotel at all!
Pros:

The location is the only thing good about this property

Cons:

The staff was rude, our room was gross. We woke up to the toilet leaking from the base and they tried to blame us.

just not good experience
Pros:

The location was great, walking distance to convention center and nearby eating placess.

Cons:

The Check-in process was slow, only one staff all time.
Only one elevator was working for the during of my stay. Very slow to up and down via the elevator.
The room cleaning service was unaccetable. Just came in just changing towels, bathroom floor was not cleaned at all for the during of my stay.

My room door was left open after the cleaners had been in and when I raised this as a concern the staff disregarded this far too quickly

Dirty… and could barely sleep due to no cooling air conditioning.
Pros:

Staff was great.

Cons:

There was blood on the bed sheets, and not from me. There was someone else’s hair all over it as well. The air conditioning did not work. The toilet barely flushed and got clogged on of the nights.

Worse stay ever!!!

It was clean and the room was spacious

Cons:

1. Valet parking is the only option and it’s $69/night! The price is not stated in the info so once you are there it’s too late! 2. The restaurant is only open 2 hrs in the morning & then again at 5pm, so if you want food there is none midday! 3. Everything is over priced! 3 drinks/1snack at the snack store $40! 4. The standard breakfast that at most hotels is included is $22/pp! 4. Incidental deposit $300! 5. They charged me 2x at checking and the staff person could not correct it - only the manager! 6. They charged me an unknown $158 that is still not explained and now I need to dispute! 7. The last day of my stay all the elevators were down! Only 1 service elevator was working & everyone had to wait for staff to run people up & down! 8. I stayed during the winter storm & the building was not heated so you had to stay in your room the entire time! If I could give it zero stars I would! Worse experience ever!

Decent, but could have been a lot better.
Pros:

Check in was fast and simple. It felt private and safe inside the hotel, it was clean and well kept. Friendly staff and easy check out as well

Cons:

Only ONE working elevator for 18 floors. Staff didn't disclose this at check-in. No option to use the stairs if in the lobby. Food delivery was only able to be dropped off downstairs, so the process of using the elevator, picking up your food, then waiting for the one elevator and getting back up to your room could take 20+ minutes.

I presume it deserves full renovation after life cycle is due long time back
Pros:

Location, walk distance to venues

Cons:

Only one of four lifts working. Long wait.
Breakfast was awful. No choices, warm food, dry scramble eggs….
No accessible sockets
We had to me prepare the third bid

Cons:

We had to check in 3 hours late. The breakfast we paid for wasn’t open until 7 am and we had to leave by 6:30. The showers wouldn’t drain the water. Overall- terrible.

Très bon séjour à Austin
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Super emplacement à côté de 6th street. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant car il y a une boite de nuit juste en face donc on entend la musique la nuit.
