Pros:

I spent one night,I checked in later and left early. For the money it was a nice room.

Cons:

I was disappointed by the included breakfast, not much to talk about, but for the price point you can't expect an omelet bar.

Pros:

The HOJO in Evansville is at a convenient location right across the street from the mall and near other shopping and restaurants. It is also a reasonable price.

Cons:

In the first room we were placed in I killed one big "critter" and then killed four baby "critters" (roaches). We had to request another room because the first room they assigned us to was not clean. I believe the hotel has a pest problem. In the second room we were assigned the bathtub was peeling and the toilet seat was loose. With the problems I saw in the two rooms I was in, I was very surprised to see that they have received awards for best renovation and cleanliness.
