Nice staff, clean rooms, great breakfast.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Rooms were not clean, sheets and blankets were not on the bed at all, pillows were older than dirt, a biscuit during breakfast was so hard you could have broke a window

Room was quite a walk, I specifically asked if it was close or would be closer to drive around. Was told it was close. It was not! I have a bad back and was hurting pretty bad by time got to the room! Was definitely closer to drive around!

Not able to check in without a fee. Since you travel all that way folks are tired could do something to accommodate travelers
The environment was calm and quiet.
The breakfast was disappointing. No choices for protein and carb-based options only. The male staff member was friendly, however, the female staff member was not. I requested additional pillows be brought to the room and was told I needed to come get them. I haven’t experienced this before when staying at a hotel. After not going to retrieve the pillows, the female staff member called the room and stated she would bring them up “this time” but she will not be bringing up anything else. I don’t know if this is standard practice, but I do not appreciate the hospitality, or lack thereof, rather.
