Cleanliness
7
Generally reported as clean (clean rooms, lobby smelled fresh, guests repeatedly note clean rooms), but intermittent issues mentioned (dirty lobby/bathroom in one cancellation, stained dingy towels, musky smell) reduce the score slightly.
Service
9
Multiple comments praise friendly, accommodating staff and helpful check-in; one notable negative experience with a front-desk interaction over dogs was reported, but the majority of reviews describe positive, friendly service.
Location
7
Mixed feedback: some guests found it easy to find and said the location was perfect, while others reported Google Maps directing them to the wrong block or having difficulty locating the hotel.
Room Quality
6.5
Rooms are often described as comfortable and quiet with good beds, but several reports note issues (plaster missing, rusty lamps, older building feel, stained towels) that pull the rating below average.
Amenities
7
Free breakfast is a consistent positive amenity; practical benefits for transport drivers (reduced rates, choices). Some amenities drawbacks noted (pool closed for season).
Value for Money
8.5
Many guests call it affordable, reasonable, and good value (especially for transport drivers); a few guests felt overcharged on specific occasions, but overall perceived as strong value.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Breakfast is frequently praised (good variety, waffles highlighted), though some minor complaints about repeated items, hard butter, and thin gravy were mentioned.
Overall Experience
7.5
Overall stays are positive for many repeat guests (clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast), but there are occasional significant negatives (safety/lock concerns, rude interactions, booking/charge problems) that temper the score.
