Comfort Inn Cleveland Airport

Bath tub had not been cleaned. Dirty finger prints on wall and used product still in the tub.

Thank you for being so pet friendly! We had a great stay with our dog. Clean room, great staff, very nice breakfast. Thank you!!

Our stay was just ok.... maintenance was lacking and highway noise was an issue for us. Proximity to the highway (I-71) is a plus, as well. This is a convenient location.

This was the second to worst hotel experience I have had in my life. The hotel was not clean with dust piles in the hall was along with dirt and debris as if the the hallways weren’t vacuumed or walls washed in weeks.

The room seemed damp and you could see the piles of dust, hair and particulars on the floor. When I looked at the bed you could see that it may not have been kept nor cleaned (walls headboard wiped down). There were piles of hair, dead bugs in webs and used confers underneath the headboard. Disgusting!

I walked out and demanded my money back!

Hotel is very outdated

The room was clean, parking was very easy, didn't see staff much though staff for the breakfast should have been more attentive

The person that checked me in after hours was very nice, everything after that was down hill. The breakfast was okay. The floor in the breakfast area was very sticky, and the attendant was rude, along with housekeeping. They're banging on the door and sitting outside the door, waiting for me to come outside.0

Very unclean. Towel bar fell off wall. Breakfast nook floor sticky everywhere at 6:30 in the morning.
Daughter-in-law took pictures of bacon on chair, blood on linen, etc. Not staying here again!

It was a horrible experience… not sure what happened to this place but this was my favourite place at one time and now it has literally gone down the drain…. This will be my last stay!

The staff was awesome. It's an older property but fairly clean and decent.

The front desk, house keeping & breakfast staff were all great. Shower pressure was excellent. Room was kept well. Common areas and the lobby areas can be kept cleaner.

First room had a bug issue...talked to the front desk and was moved to the second same issue....and wasnt one or two..

Staff was very rude and rooms very dirty

This hotel was disgusting. Our bed had multiple blood stains on theatres and liens. Hand prints on walls and smelled like awful. The internet didn’t work and there were holes in the ceiling obviously needing repairs.

Bed sheets had dirt on them and drains were clogged including the toilet. Also couldn’t check in on time as they didn’t turn over room

Close to airport. Need automated doors for easier entry and exit with luggage. Mold presence in shower.

I booked through this site and selected pay at property. We drove 3 hours to get there went to check in and was told my reservation was cancelled. I asked why and I was told they ran my card prior to me being at the property and it was declined so my reservation was cancelled. I’m not sure why they used my card without my permission or without me present but it’s fraud. We then tried to book another room there and they tried to charge me $50 more for a new reservation.

The pool is closed and now a swamp and the interior was run down. Shower and bedding was stained.

Needs updating. Floors were so dirty. Hair all over beds like they weren’t cleaned
