Pros:

Avevamo la camera all'ultimo piano con una vista spettacolare. L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione di Shin-Osaka, quindi comodissimo per gli spostamenti sia dall'aeroporto del Kansai, che per i treni proiettile per Hiroshima e Kyoto, e in metropolitana per il centro città. La colazione direi completa di tutto, dolce (naturalmente più ridotta di quello che pretendiamo noi in Italia), salato e cibi locali. Solo il caffè espresso non si trova, ma si può stare benissimo senza e divertirsi ad assaggiare delle cose che non si trovano nel nostro paese.

Amazing place to stay with family in Shin-Osaka
Pros:

We are very glad we booked our stay here.
- Great place for staying with family.
- Amazing variety in breakfast. Even though I am vegetarian, I had enough choices.
- Big and clean rooms. Ours was a single room for 4. Plenty of space to keep our luggage and still enough left to move around.
- Our room was facing the Shin-Osaka station. From the height, the view was awesome - Shikansen and other tracks, glimpses of Yodo river, awesome city view to a very long in different weather. I think we could spot multiple railway systems.
- In-house onsen and sauna is clean, well kept and well managed.
- Clean laundry machines.
- Amazing and helpful staff.
- 7-11, Lawsons, and multiple shops were at walking distance, including nice Indian restaurants.
We surely enjoyed staying at this facility and should we visit Osaka again, we will surely book here.

Pros:

大浴場が付いてるので疲れが取れる。
部屋にシャワーしかなかったけど大浴場あるし、トイレが別なのもいい。
隣に居酒屋もあり、コンビニも近い

Pros:

The location is excellent, the staff were friendly, great breakfast. The baths are always a lovely bonus too!

Cons:

I wish the amenities stand was maybe in a different spot. Since its right near the check in counter and they dont allow PJs/slippers on that floor if you need something you have to change.
