Pros:

Near the Shin Osaka train station for those taking the Shinkansen. There is a Lawson kombini store next to the hotel. Very quiet neighborhood.
I left my eyeglasses in the hotel room and didn't realized it after 30 mins and i went back to look for it. The staff assisted me and gave the room key back for me to check. Special thanks to Ms. Grace who helped my glasses back. ❤️

新大阪駅から近くて雨が降っていなかったので、その点は便利でした。部屋は狭くなくてそこそこ快適でした

Cons:

受付の方が日本人（らしい）にもかかわらず、インバウンド客専門かと思うほど日本語が通じませんでした。サウナに至っては水風呂が水風呂とは思えないほどぬるくのぼせました。蒸し暑い中水風呂でさっぱりしようと期待していたのに、余計に気分が悪くなりました。朝食会場も何故か食券制ではなく一人ひとり部屋番号を確認しているので、エレベーターホールに行列は出来ているうえ、中は狭くて外人客だらけでした。エレベーターの待ち時間もひどく、22階から2階まで下りるのに5分以上掛かりました

Bardzo dobry hotel w świetnej lokalizacji z pysznymi śniadaniami.
Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny hotel kilka minut od dworca Shin Osaka. Pokój na ostatnim 24 piętrze z widokiem na miasto rewelacja. Nad hotelem biegnie ścieżka podejścia samolotów na lotnisko ITM ale nam to wogóle nie przeszkadzało, zresztą cały dzień nas nie było. Świetne śniadanie w formie bufetu z bardzo bogatym wyborem i kawą premium własnego palenia przez hotel. Przy wyjściu z hotelu dostępne parasole za free jakby padało :D Jak dla nas jakby luksusowo.

Cons:

Nie było żadnych odczuć negatywnych.

Fabulous time, great stay overall.
Pros:

Great location, 3min from the nearest station exit. The staffs welcomed us with hospitality and great smiles. Very clean and tidy.

Cons:

The TV was on the side of the beds, difficult to view. No video streaming services.

Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi. Özellikle Osaka gibi hızlı trenle gidilecek yerler için istasyon son derece yakın. Personel ilgiliydi, otel temizdi, gün boyu atıştırmalıklar veriyor olmaları da +1 puan oldu. Bir daha gidersen mutlaka kalmak isterim.
