Great location within 5 minutes walk of Shin-Osaka station and plenty of stores, supermarkets and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Excellent variety and quality of breakfast options at the hotel restaurant - highly recommended. Complimentary hot and cold drinks are available during the afternoon. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the communal areas such as the public baths were well maintained. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

It was very impressive hotel! Quiet, clean, and comfortable! A lot of amenities!!! I love the public baths. Very clean!!!

Pros:

We enjoyed staying at this property, it was clean, professional and the breakfast buffet was great. I chose this property because if it's location to Shin Osaka train station. Oh and we loved that we could slide our suitcases under the beds because there was absolutely no room to put them otherwise unless on the bed and then we wouldn't be able to sleep.

Cons:

Area didn't really have much going on but it was location to Shin Osaka station that was the priority.
