A very clean, comfortable hotel with excellent staff and a convenient location—overall a 10/10 experience.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely accommodating, kind, and quick to help with any questions. Its location was very convenient, especially being close to the train station, which made getting around easy. Overall, the service and accessibility made the stay smooth and enjoyable.

Cons:

The only unusual aspect was that room supplies were not provided in the room and had to be picked up from the front desk upon arrival. While you could take as many as needed, it felt a bit strange compared to typical hotel setups, though not a dealbreaker.

The staff were exceptional. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The laundry area was constantly busy because the dryers didn’t work very well and there were only and handful of machines.

Excellent location. Lots of good places to see in the area for night walks.
Had a room with 2 single beds. Look the room is small but it's a good size for travelling.
Being close to Shin-Osaka was a major factor in booking this hotel. If you were exploring Osaka for a week, would say elsewhere. However if you were going multiple places on the train and also going around Osaka, this place is golden.
