Amazing hotel! Highly recommend
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Always willing to assist. The hotel was amazing, very clean, comfortable room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to train line and convince stores.

Cons:

A little too far from central Osaka, but trains take you straight into town.

スタッフの対応、料理は美味しのですが、残念な点が気になります
Pros:

朝食のバイキングは毎回美味しいし、日傘の貸し出しなど良かった

Cons:

大浴場の洗い場が少なく待たないと体が洗えない、ドライヤーは待たないと使えない、朝食のバイキングは待たないと座る席が無いと言う状態でした。夜は隣か、上の部屋かわかりませんが、椅子を引き摺る様な音がうるさくて眠れませんでした
朝食も隣の席近く外国人の客の香水の匂いがきつく　吐きそうでした
