Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Indianapolis East

Outside was worn down, lobby was smelly, mouse ran across the front entrance. I did not check in, I complained and left.

I would not stay where the liars hang out , because your hotel is not busy you shouldn't scam others or take advantage of travelers, shame on you all.

Always a pleasant stay at this hotel, friendly staff and the breakfast is always good.

Excellent staff

I felt immediately at home when I arrived. Mary at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and a lot of fun to chat with. The other folks I met in my three days there were all very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have been more welcomed and made to feel like part of the “family.” This was my first time here and any time I come up to Indy from FL I will unquestionably be staying with you at Country Inn and Suites Radisson E! And your bed was more comfortable than my own bed!!

Amazing staff friendly helpful just simply amazing team members

It was a pretty nice place to stay. The room was clean and the area had alot of shops around.

Was perfect, better than I expected honestly and great price id definitely book again. Not super fancy but fairly clean. I sometimes judge by the color of the white linen and it was good to go lol.

Basic lodging below average cleanliness and room conditions

Horrible. We ended up not staying and they refused to give us a refund. The photos are very deceiving on the website. The pool was closed and the entire area around the hotel is horrible. Do not recommend!

A dead spider was killed and left on the bathroom wall. Atm was out of order, gym equipment was out of order. Ice machine was out of order. Mary at the front desk, was friendly and kind. 5 stars for Mary.

Dirty

Good to great property in bad area. Staff was amazing and really make this hotel the best it can be, but the blight of the surrounding area is unfortunate.

Staff was wonderful, kind, proactive, and went out of their way to be attentive.
Room was humid despite AC, musty, like 6 guests ago someone smoked in there and they couldn't get the smell out. Woke up feeling like we'd been camping, so humid but chilly.
Bathroom: broken TP holder, yellowed and aging shower plastic liner.
Workout room was clean but air was stagnant and heavy. Couldn't workout there because no fresh air flow.
Neighborhood not great, fireworks warehouse right next door and highway. But couldn't hear highway noise inside room which was impressive. Felt safe only because hotel was packed with other GenCon attendees who also overpaid for their rooms.

Rooms were fairly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. That's about the only positive. Outdated, small rooms. Light switches in the bathroom were on timers so the lights would go out mid shower. Only one tiny garbage can which we filled up on the first day. Building and property were awful as was the surrounding area. The smell of weed permeated the halls and room. Way overpriced for what we got. It was a dump. Would not reccomend.

The staff was kind, accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. The entry was very nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was tasty and abundant, and the breakfast seating area is very nice. There is a wonderful little seating area outside that has a lovely fire pit.
