It was open.
They put us in a dirty room bed wasn’t even made so we had to wait for another room. The breakfast was horrible. It just sits there from six all all the way until nine never refreshed.

The dining area was very soiled by children who were unsupervised . This was not the fault of the staff. Just poor parenting that is prevalent in our culture today.
The body wash bottle in the shower was empty, but not a big deal, I just used the shampoo.

They could have put us in a decent room to start with instead of waiting until we complained. The first room we were put in the toilet wouldn't flush and the walls were falling apart. They didn't even apologize, she just grudgingly gave us another room.

elevator was broken so slight inconvenience. Sink was backing up in room. No coffee maker in room. I thought that was standard. Sometimes when I came down to breakfast there was barely any hot food left
Staff unhelpful and snarky. Lack of security protocol (needed a new room key and no id check)
Dirty, bloody carpets from a shooting on property hours earlier piled outside elevators, round toilet seat on an oval toilet. Not sure I can say much good about this place.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. There were stains all over the floor, there base for the hair dryer was on the wall but the hair dryer itself was ripped from the wall and missing, there were cigarette burns on the desk, no remote to the TV, the elevator clearly had not been working for months, probably years based on the sign that was taped over the button stating it was out of use. No one was at the front desk when I checked in or out, and even when I rang the doorbell at checkout, no one ever came to the front. I had to call to get a copy of my receipt and I had to call more than 15 times before someone would answer. The call kept going to voicemail but the recording said the mailbox was full so my only option to get the receipt was to spend 20 minutes of my day calling repeatedly until someone finally answered. The internet is the only thing that actually worked or worth commenting.

room was fine and breakfast was good.
the room online stated it was a Mobility Accessible, Bathtub room, and the website photos of the room showed a tub with a bench seat and hand sprayer, but hotel staff stated they "don't have such a room", but they did find a bench seat to use.
also, charge online was $76/night. first night was $76 + fees/tax, second night was $82 + fees/tax. I was not happy with that being changed without being told up front.
I was pleased with them helping me to my room with breakfast since I have to use a scooter to get around from my surgery. that was very helpful.
Room was improved very nicely since last visit in November 2024. Renovations were going on last year. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast choices were plentiful and good. The staff at check and and check out were very pleasant. We will visit again next time we are in town.
The room was clean. The curtains needed to be held together by the pants hanger to completely keep them closed. The pillows are small.
They took my money for the deposit and it was saying pending and then it only takes like 2 to 3 days and now my bank account is negative hundred dollars they never returned my hundred dollars a scam
