The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our stay. It was a short stay on Easter weekend.
It was a bit pricey. There was only one back exit and to the pool area, and the lock wasn't working to let us back in with our key.
We had 2 rooms booked for a family member's hospital stay; 1 for 1 night for our niece and nephew, and the other for 3 nights for my husband. The lady who checked us in mixed up our rooms and we didn't find out about the error until we had to check out early due to extenuating medical circumstances regarding the family member's hospital stay, which was completely out of our control. The first room our niece and nephew got was absolutely filthy (pictures provided) so I showed the desk attendant and she gladly switched their rooms. At least there's that, I guess. The desk attendant I gave the room keys to when we checked out was rude, kept interrupting me, and didn't note our actual check out time as I requested. The property is now ignoring calls and emails from representatives with Booking.com to confirm our early check out and facilitate a refund for the unused nights. Stay far away from this hotel.
Location
Stayed in room 242. Don't know if carpet got wet really bad whenever prior to our stay, but it smelled musty really bad. Would of asked to change rooms but it was a busy weekend there at the time.

Broken equipment no working elevator or public restroom staff is rude undercooked food 4 tv channels and they will steal your cash deposit!

They put us in a dirty room bed wasn’t even made so we had to wait for another room. The breakfast was horrible. It just sits there from six all all the way until nine never refreshed.

The dining area was very soiled by children who were unsupervised . This was not the fault of the staff. Just poor parenting that is prevalent in our culture today.
The body wash bottle in the shower was empty, but not a big deal, I just used the shampoo.

elevator was broken so slight inconvenience. Sink was backing up in room. No coffee maker in room. I thought that was standard. Sometimes when I came down to breakfast there was barely any hot food left
Not much
They could have put us in a decent room to start with instead of waiting until we complained. The first room we were put in the toilet wouldn't flush and the walls were falling apart. They didn't even apologize, she just grudgingly gave us another room.
