Pros:

Relaxing resort feel, amazing staff. Loved to pool. Plenty of dining options on site which was great. Free boat service made everything accessible. Loved our stay.

Cons:

Hard to find fault, the breakfast is potentially a bit overpriced if not included which it wasn't for us, over 3000 bhat for 2 adults and 1 child so around 160 NZD, bit hard to justify but there were plenty of options to choose from.

The ultimate in comfort with oodles of local character. One of my favorite hotels anywhere.
Pros:

As soon as we walked in, we felt at home and at peace. You feel in actual Thailand as opposed to in some generic 5* hotel, but all the amenities are top notch, the breakfast is all you could want, the pool lovely, and the location right on the river lends extra character. The rooms are fabulous, with lovely polished dark wooden floors, and superb beds. The staff throughout are wonderful: friendly, professional and efficient. This is far and away our favorite home away from home in Thailand.

Pros:

We had a corner suite with perfect view. The location was excellent, the hotel was clean. Had restaurants, bar, great breakfast, wellness, pool. Boat shuttle to iconseam mall.

Brilliant with a river view, not great with a car park view and loud wedding.
Pros:

Location of the room was not good - we were looking out on a tennis court above a parking lot and there was a very loud wedding in the hotel at the time. We stayed here previously with a river view in the main building and this was great - the second building with car park view and wedding venue music (so loud all day no one could hear anything) was not good.

Wedding noise, room view.
