Loved the swim-up bar. The resort layout was nice and beautiful. The free shuttle boat was great. The spa was amazing. The breakfast was good but the Sunday seafood brunch was better. All of the staff were fantastic!
Our room got upgraded to the deluxe thanks to being a gold member. The staff is courteous, friendly, polite and helpful. We ordered in-room service which came very quickly and they were delicious. Thanks for the hospitality!

This was the nicest hotel stay I have EVER had. They let me check in at 10am and check out at 2pm, upgraded my room and the staff are incredibly hospitable every single step of the way. Gorgeous, clean and an absolutely unmatched experience.

What an amazing experience… I would like to thank Mu at reception… she have the original tour and very gentle sold it to me, I ended up staying 4 nights… I tried looking for her all those days… In the end Mu was there to check me out… a must visit when in Bankok… absolutely 5 star experience…

Very big property with lots of greenery. Bar by the river is real nice. Staff shows very good service. Building is old and the cleanliness can be better.
All the staff were very kind, providing truly exceptional service that made us feel safe and well cared for at all times. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options for every taste. Choosing a river-view room was simply perfect. An outstanding experience in every way — a hotel truly worthy of 5 diamonds! We look forward to returning soon
