A great staycation in Bangkok
Pros:

Everything! Staff is extremely kind, polite and helpful. Rooms are great with the most comfy beds ever. Food at the breakfast buffet or the Italian restaurant is excellent. Swimming pool area is extraordinary, relaxing and so elegant.

Lovely location for a staycay
Pros:

View of the river from the balcony was fantastic. Room was very spacious and comfy. Breakfast was superb, and no queues if you chose the outside seats. Good variety of eateries.

Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff and an excellent location.

Cons:

Unfortunately, due to an electrical issue in our room, the lighting kept coming on during the night. It started at around 01.00 in the morning, so I did not call for assistance, but tried to ignore the light that kept switching itself on during the course of the night. Whilst we were checking out, I brought it to the reception's attention so they could fix it for the next guest. The lovely front office manager, Budsara, overheard me reporting this issue, so she offered us a discount on our stay, which we were not expecting, but for which I am grateful. Budsara was amazing as she was not dealing with us, but overheard the conversation. She immediately got involved and was kind enough to offer a discount, which was amazing as we had otherwise had a very good visit, barring this one issue that occurred in the middle of the night, which distracted from an otherwise excellent stay.

Pros:

Très bel établissement, au confort irréprochable. Magnifique petit déjeuner , personnel gentil et professionnel, navette fluviale de l’hôtel très pratique et très agréable. Superbe piscine.
