The location is near a beach, but there are also homeless people living in their cars along the beach.
The shower had 2” of standing water and clogged drain. The lobby was 3 blocks away from the hotel with no notification, signs, or anything alerting us of this. The hotel lobby wreaked of marijuana and the receptionist was clearly high.
The location.
1. Checking in was at a different hotel.
2. We got upgraded to the suite… I would’ve almost preferred the original room. Why? Not technically a full kitchen. Trash container under sink had standing water in it. The bathroom smelled musty. The shower leaked under the glass. Bathroom baseboards look to have water damage. Once you close the bathroom sink drain, you can’t open it. The toilet is an entire balancing act and had water coming out from the bottom of it/not sealed correctly. The door to the outside from the bedroom had a one inch gap opening to the elements. Mosquitos and gnats were constant.
3. The room phones don’t work.
we couldn't drive our own car because there was no parking for the guests. We spent over A $100 dollars on uber to get around.
Omg so close to the stairs that lead down to the beach 🏖️
Parking was tricky but worth it no need to go anywhere anyway ♥️
Location
Parking is not easy.
Location was great!
The AC unit was very loud!
Excellent location and spacious room.

The location was just perfect. Enjoyed walking on the beach in the evening and during the day as well. Room was comfortable, clean.
The small kitchenette/ dining area was not too well thought of. The microwave oven was broken and placed on the table where youre supposed to eat
Locatie, het bed, douche
Airco op de gang maakt zoveel kabaal ‘s nachts.
Kamer is niet te ventileren, heel heet en warm en muffe geur.
The location was great
Parking is at another facility 2 blocks away and check in is also at a different facility... It's very confusing and theres no warning.
This location is everything!! You are literally right in the beach and just a short walk to amazing cafes, bars and restaurants.
Parking was definitely tough. Only five spots for this entire resort is tricky - we were lucky enough to find parking otherwise it would have been a hefty walk from their sister resort (which also didn’t have much parking).
Wonderful property awesome staff only thing was the parking is scarce
Parking
Great location -- on the beach except most of the rooms didn't face the beach or have a view. Right in the heart of the PB restaurant and bar district so you can walk to the fun! Parking was available included in the room price (which can be rare these days)--but be aware your spot may be a couple blocks away depending on availability (i.e., if the closer spots are taken). On the positive side, it was a nice, large room. Well appointed with recent updates in style -- my friend commented on how much she loved the wallpaper. The room included nice design elements such plantation shutters and a tray ceiling. It was very clean and quiet despite the fact that it was in a noisy part of town. The kitchen included an in-room coffee set up as well as a fridge, microwave and two-burner electric cooktop, as well as all the dishes and cooking utensils you might need. Our room had two comfortable queen beds. To be honest, the price seemed expensive for the off-season, but was one of the lowest prices offered by similar hotels in the area, so check this place out if you are looking to minimize spending. All in all, I would stay there again and recommend to friends. Two thumbs up.
You should know the check in is at a co-owned hotel a short two blocks away--this was not a problem for us, but good to know going in. I wish it were a bit more affordable--you wouldn't pay this rate for this room if it wasn't right on the beach, but it was so you're paying for the privilege (and it is a privilege -- PB is great).
