Amazing Hotel Experience!

Great Experience at VUE Rooftop
Pros:

We originally booked a 4:30pm reservation, but after a long day we needed to push it back to 7:30pm. The OpenTable app showed no availability, so my wife called the restaurant directly. She spoke with Marcus, who immediately put us at ease and assured us he could take care of it.
When we arrived, Marcus greeted us at the door like he had been expecting us. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. The service throughout the evening was excellent, and the food was just as impressive.
What started as a stressful scheduling issue turned into a great night thanks to Marcus and the team. We’ll definitely be back.

Mostly good, small things could improve.
Pros:

Cool atmosphere. Slightly less expensive than surrounding hotels. Fascinating view from the rooftop. Appliances are aging, bring your own ironed shirt. Ask to drop the Resort Fee... that pesky useless fee, if you are there in-and-out for business.

VUE Rooftop Experience
Pros:

This review is for VUE Rooftop, and Fekade’s service. This was such a great experience. I had the shrimp & grits and they were superb. I generally don’t enjoy a tomato based sauce, but this one was done well!! Now- Fekade took exquisite care of my party. Please ask for him. Awesome demeanor, gave us some great insight and was very attentive. I’ll be back!

Great spot!
Pros:

We stopped by The VUE last night and immediately knew we’d be back. The views are stunning, the atmosphere is relaxed yet polished, and it’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger. Bridget was fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel special without hovering. We hear drinks are well crafted. The vibe was just right, and everyone looked relaxed and having fun with friends. We enjoyed it so much that we’re going back tonight specifically to catch the sunset, which I can only imagine will be spectacular. If you’re looking for a place with great service, beautiful scenery, and a memorable setting, The VUE delivers.
