Great hotel and location!
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, the staff was so nice, and the location was excellent. Will definitely stay again. We had everything we needed! would recommend!

Cons:

They need thicker pillows :) Otherwise, everything was very nice. No other complaints.

I had to cancel because it was the wrong dates and I cancelled and tried to re book but they were full.. booking.combated to make an exception and refund me.. I emailed several times to you and so did booking. Com no response… I called no one answered .. I gave up…. Not happy at all… wow I usually stayed here with my mom everytime we stayed in Des Moines… you all are slipping in customer service even the hotel next to you… I stood there a good 5-7 minutes before I was checked in.. he was on the computer .. he could have said I will be with you in just a few minutes..

Decent for what we needed.
Pros:

My husband and I weren’t in the room much but the room was nice and clean and the location wasn’t bad. We were there for a live podcast show and the hotel wasn’t far from the venue. There were nice gas station and food options nearby on our way out the next morning too.

Cons:

I think the room is a bit pricey for what you get. I could hear the person up above us stomping around all night, breakfast wasn’t included and for the price we paid for the room, I believe it should be. I could also hear the elevator every single time too.

I would stay again. Wish it was more than one night. Best experience I've had at a hotel.
Pros:

I liked being on a high floor without asking to be, I loved the shower it was nice and clean with nice water pressure. I liked the appearance of the place, and it smelled nice. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I guess a hot tub in the pool room would be awesome just because I was a bit cold in the pool. Mostly didn't like the smell coming from the bathroom sink. I know that's hard to keep up on, but you asked.

Pros:

They had a maintenance issue and didn’t have a double bed room like I had reserved. They took care of it quickly by giving us 2 rooms for the price of 1.
You learn most about a business when things aren’t going as planned and they passed with flying colors. The night manager was amazing!

Pros:

Jim & April took a terrible 1st day experience at a terrible experience at a different hotel and turned the trip into quite an enjoyable stay. The entire place and the staff were fantastic.
