Well located hotel convenient to Georgetown, downtown, and to the Parkway and is affordably priced.
Pros:

Well located. Friendly staff. Great to have an excellent onsite Italian restaurant. Affordable.

Cons:

Shower water pressure to our 5th floor room was weak and it took 5 minutes to get warm before we could use it. Onsite parking lot was a bit tight to navigate with our minivan and parking was a bit pricey.

Pros:

For us, it was the perfect location, not that close to the city center, closer to the National Cathedral. The views from our room weren't great, but that's because there was nothing to look at in the neighborhood. The restaurant was excellent and the free bikes were a definite plus!!!

La chambre etait tres tres grande et offrait tout le confort nécessaire. L’hotel disposait d’un parking sous terrain top pour notre voiture de location, sans s'encombrer a transporter les bagages dans les rues. Équipements de qualité.

Cons:

Seul petit inconvénient : la vue. Les chambres concomitantes ont vue latérale sur notre chambre.

Great hotel in a very nice area
Pros:

This is a great hotel especially useful if you need to stay in this area. Area is great within walking distance to good cafe for breakfast. The hotel has restaurant as well which is decent. Close by is a very trendy Georgetown area with a lot of good restaurants.
