Location, room, bathroom, matresses, linen, coffee machine and coffee, refrigerator, soundproofing, curtains, cleanness, airconditioning

Cons:

Blanket, which is not breathable and makes you sweat. water in the reception, which is not filtered

Pros:

Nos alojamos dos semanas en un estudio con cocina y la verdad que no podemos estar más contentas. Tiene todo lo básico para cocinar, es muy espacioso y el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones es diario.

Cons:

La única queja que puedo tener es que en la cocina no había ningún trapo para limpiar y secar las cosas, sino que teníamos que utilizar el rollo de papel de cocina y me parece un desperdicio…

Good stay. Will stay again when in Washington.
Pros:

Nice location. Good public transportation to get to the main attractions. Staff were helpful and respectful.
Breakfast is not included, but there is a restaurant inside the hotel that offers simple breakfast in the morning for reasonable price. The restaurant also has very good dinner menu. Also, there are groceries stores and small cafes in walking distance.

Cons:

Parking space is limited and very tight

A good experience, but would not stay here again.
Pros:

The room was expansive, with a clear view of the street. The room was regularly cleaned by the house staff, and everyone was pleasant. The bed was relatively comfortable.

Cons:

The furnishing is quite dated, and some upkeep is required throughout. The restaurant did not offer a good breakfast selection and did not represent good value for money. The aircon was temperamental, and a consistent, loud humming noise came from outside (maybe an AC unit?) throughout the night. The soundproofing wasn't the best either, and guests could be heard coming, going, flushing toilets, etc.

Bad mattress, poor sleep.
Pros:

The room was nice, the location was just ok.

Cons:

The mattress was horrible, made my hips hurt and my back. The pillows were way too soft, not good.
