Pros:

Posizione molto comoda, vicina a piazza della Vittoria. Facile per raggiungere il centro storico.
Personale cordiale e professionale.
Camera junior suite spaziosa e comoda.
Pulizia della struttura e della camera ottima.

Cons:

Non potere prenotare in anticipo il parcheggio, è quindi essere sicura di averlo a disposizione.

Hotel elegante. Al livello della tipologia di Business Hotel

Cons:

Scoprire al pagamento di un 5% dall'hotel già aggiunto per pagare i "servizi" dell'Hotel. Ho rifiutato con smorfia di espressione della persone a cui pagavo che ho dovuta toglierla. 5% sul 216€ per servizi non chiari. Richiesta ridicola ed inelegante. Eviterò gli starhotels.....Non sono piacevoli le mance imposte
Tra l'altro alle 7.00 di mattina al 12° piano sembrava di essere al mercato del pesce di Genova con le cameriere che si gridavano ordini da una stanza all'altra. Ed SKY in camera non aveva funzionato la sera prima e la TV era non utilizzabile.
5% ....... non credo proprio. Pensato a fornire una migliore attenzione!

Hotel Maravilhoso
Pros:

Nosso quarto era fantástico, enorme, com sala íntima, closet, quarto anexo com cama king size, banheiro super espaçoso, vista panorâmica para a cidade tanto do quarto quanto da ante-sala. Mais um bônus: anteciparam nosso check-in.
Solicitamos jantar no quarto, foram bem pontuais quanto ao tempo informado para entrega.

Temiz ve konforlu bir oda , yemeklerin kalitesinin artması şart .

Ses izolasyonu çok sorunlu , telefonla konuşulanları diğer odadan duyabiliyorsunuz , bir ertesi sabah 5 te diğer odadaki aksiyonla uyandım .Kahvaltısı iyi değil .oda servisinde sunulan yemeklerde iyi değil.resepsiyondaki erkek çalışanlar çok ters tavırlarla konuşuyorlar insanı rahatsız hissettiriyorlar.

Tutto bene, tranne il parcheggio
Pros:

Posizione comoda per visitare il centro di Genova a piedi. Camere ampie e pulite con molte superfici d'appoggio. Colazione ottima, varia sia dolce che salato, prodotti freschi e anche locali.

Cons:

Nota assolutamente dolente il PARCHEGGIO.
Purtroppo non prenotabile e per la prima notte era pieno. Su consiglio della signora alla reception abbiamo utilizzato il parcheggio vicino a quello dell' hotel che purtroppo ha la tariffa oraria, pagando cosi una cifra assurda per una notte (45 euro). Sarebbe stato corretto avvisare il cliente della tariffa oraria, in modo da poter scegliere un parcheggio magari più distante,ma con tariffa notturna (solo dopo ho scoperto che vicino c'erano parcheggi a 27 euro a notte)
Nel secondo giorno di permanenza fortunatamente si è liberato e siamo riusciti a mettere la macchina nel loro parcheggio.
