Alla reception hanno detto che siamo stati selezionati: upgrade di camera; dolce sorpresa; accappatoi per soggiorno; 10% di sconto sui servizi.
Parcheggio sotterraneo ampio e comodo. Colazione in linea con le stelle. Asciugamani soffici; materasso alto e comodo; biancheria da letto pulita e morbida. Fon potente.

Cons:

Lo staff della colazione poco ospitale: una delle ragazze dello staff ha cercato di attirare l’attenzione di un’ospite con i gesti delle mani (“signora, per sedersi vada lì”) … Bastava che si avvicinasse…
In bagno non avevamo bagnoschiuma in quanto il dispenser era vuoto.

Excelente todo el director del restaurante no está a la,altura del hotel

Todo estuvo muy bien. Nuestra habitación era perfecta: amplia, moderna, limpia y con todas las comodidades. Además, el servicio de restaurante a la habitación fue rápido y eficiente.

Cons:

No nos gustó el director de la sala restaurante El desayuno ofrece una gran variedad de opciones, pero el personal no es muy atento. El director de sala fue especialmente poco amable durante toda nuestra estancia: ni siquiera respondía a los saludos y siempre se mostró descortés. En una ocasión, dentro del horario de servicio, solicitamos almorzar y nos respondió de manera poco profesional que no tenía tiempo para atendernos. El hotel es excelente, pero la gestión del restaurante no está a la altura del resto de las instalaciones.

La posizione mi è stata molto utile per raggiungere lo stadio a piedi. La camera era pulitissima (ben al di sopra degli standard soliti degli hotel in Italia). Accoglienza e supporto eccezionale (simpaticamente garbato o garbatamente simpatico, comunque la persona che ci ha fatto il check in e abbiamo ritrovato nei giorni seguenti ha dato un volto molto positivo sia all'hotel che alla città).

Great business hotel for a night
