Stanze enormi ed eleganti
Pros:

Colazione fantastica e stanze grandi ed eleganti per questo hotel non troppo fuori mano per Genova centro.

Cons:

Purtroppo in bagno c’era un odore di fogna davvero forte. Fermandoci una notte sola lo abbiamo segnalato solo al mattino e si sono molto scusati e ci hanno offerto delle bevande dal mini-bar. Se fossi stata meno stanca l’avrei segnalato prima.

Een onverwacht luxe verblijf in Genua.
Pros:

Wat een aangename verrassing in hartje Genua!

Voor onze overtocht naar Corsica verbleven we hier één nacht en wat een aangename verrassing was dit hotel! De ligging is perfect: midden in Genua, ideaal om het centrum te voet te ontdekken en de volgende ochtend waren we binnen ongeveer 20 minuten in de haven.

Bij aankomst kregen we onverwacht een upgrade en wát een kamer! Enorm ruim, stijlvol en ontzettend luxe. We hebben zelden zo’n indrukwekkende hotelkamer gehad en hadden hier met gemak nog een paar nachten willen blijven.

Desondanks kijken we met veel plezier terug op ons verblijf. Jammer dat het maar voor één nacht was! Als we opnieuw naar Genua gaan, zouden we zonder twijfel weer voor dit hotel kiezen.

Cons:

Het enige minpunt was de airconditioning, die de kamer helaas niet voldoende koel kreeg. Mogelijk speelde de uitzonderlijke hitte van dat moment hierin een rol. We hebben het bij de receptie aangegeven, maar helaas bracht dat weinig verbetering.

Sempre una certezza
Pros:

La posizione dell'albergo è eccellente, visto che è a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Brignole e a relativa poca distanza dal pieno centro cittadino. Le stanze sono silenziose, sebbene l'hotel si trovi in un grande incrocio. Ci sono tornata dopo 10 anni dal primo soggiorno e ho ritrovato la stessa professionalità e la stessa cordialità del personale e l'identico comfort della struttura

Estancia perfecta
Pros:

Solo hemos estado un día porque estábamos de ruta con coche, pero es un hotel perfecto! Personal de recepción muy amables, desayuno y cena muy buenos, parking privado con entrada directa e instalaciones muy nuevas.
Si vienes en tren, la estación está justo en frente igual que el metro.

Además hemos tenido suerte, nos habían dado Lucky Guest con early check in que nos vino genial porque llegamos a las 12h y la habitación estaba lista.

Un fantástico hotel para visitar Genova, a 25' de agradable paseo hasta la piazza Ferrari.

Die Lage, das Personal und die Ausstattung waren super. Das Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Man könnte im Voraus Angebote mit Garage bei der Zimmerbelegung anbieten. Die Garage ist schwer zu finden, aber es war genug Platz.
