Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Communication beforehand was excellent, and the luggage forwarding service was handled very efficiently.

Cons:

While the room was spacious, it had a lingering food smell that didn’t go away even with constant airing. Although the property is located near the station, keep in mind that it’s still about a 15-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the lady at the reception had a rather unpleasant attitude and seemed annoyed by any questions we asked.

Pros:

The room was amazing and everything was really clean. The staff was friendly and tried to help us with our needs. The laundry service and the shipment from the hotel are essential but useful service!

Cons:

The location is near the Kyoto station, still 10/15 minutes walking, same for city centre but with bus. Probably you are going to take taxi some times more than staying in the centre, but for that rooms and fair price absolutely worth it

Great value for money in great location!
Pros:

Great location close to the train station and nearby minimart. Laundry facilities were great and room was very spacious, better than expected. Supplied lots of amenities. Reception staff were very welcoming and spoke good English.

No daily room cleaning

Отличное расположение близко к станции. Приветливый персонал. Большая комната! На первом этаже есть кофемашина и чай, а также питьевая вода. Рекомендую!

Top Lage und trotzdem ruhig!
Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Kleines Zweistöckiges Minihotel in ruhigem Wohnviertel und trotzdem nur 10 Min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof bzw. Kyoto Tower entfernt. Top Lage! Waschmaschine und Trockner für kleines Geld für alle nutzbar, Kaffee/Teemaschine nahe Rezeption für Gratis Kaffee/Tee per Knopfdruck. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Einchecken muss man aber in einem Büro 1 km entfernt vom Hotel. Koffer wurden aber von dort direkt ins Hotel gebracht. Kein Problem.

Cons:

TV hatte leider keine Englischsprachige Sender (bis auf CNN)

Pros:

Good location, central to Kyoto station, shopping etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to 'Jackson' who went above and beyond.

Cons:

We were on the ground 1st floor and could hear every footstep of the people above us. No room to put suitcases. I have heard this is common in Japanese accommodation. Not a lot of space to fully unpack so live out of suitcases on the floor.

Un bon hôtel bien situé pas loin de la gare
Pros:

Bon hôtel assez bien placé, pas loin de la gare. Les produits de douche étaient excellents. La chambre était assez confortable mais il était difficile de régler le chauffage, il faisait assez froid.

Cons:

Le personnel qui ne parlait pas bien l’anglais et qui ne voulait pas appeler un taxi pour nous. Le prix un peu cher.
