Pros:

The room is spacious and comfortable. Love the Japanese style bathroom. It’s convenient to have a small kitchen in the room. Location is good, just a few minutes walk from Kyoto station.

素晴らしいホテルでした。
Pros:

ユニットバスとトイレが別々で、洗面台の他に台所も付いていて、部屋のスペース広く清潔です。
分ほど歩いて途中コンビニもないですが、京都駅購入してから移動すれば良いので苦になりません。
スタッフも優しいです。

Pros:

Very spacious room in a calm neighbourhood after a small walk from Kyoto station. The room was nice abd comfortable and the staff kindly held my luggage when I was exploring the city.

Cons:

Due to unforeseen circumstances I could not arrive on the date I intended. My booking had no cancellation option, but I hoped for some leniency. Upon informing the accomodation a week in advance, I was informed there was no possibility for shifting that day. Nevertheless they held my room and I was able to check in the accomodation without problems.

Recommend for quick stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Updated hotel with a modern homey feel. Great facilities in room and in the hotel eg washer & dryer for 300yen each. Beds were comfortable & bathroom amenities were appreciated.

Cons:

Not much surrounding the hotel & a 15 min walk to Kyoto station which isn’t a problem for mobile guests - keep in mind
