Not happy, Jan!
Pros:

Beds were so comfortable!

Cons:

Needed after hours assistance at 06:00, which came at cost of $80, which we were happy to pay. Couldn't use the phone onsite for call centre as it was broken. Used my mobile, spoke to lady at call centre and explained assistance needed to get access back into the room after placing key on reception desk behind security grill. Even she was amazed when told to tell us we had to wait till 08:00, not helpful when your flight is at 08:05!
Lucky for us I am, in the building industry and we managed to make a hook to retrieve the key and get back into the room to get our other mobile phone, wallet with all cards.

Poor communication from staff re arriving outside of office hours. Only managed to get in because resident opened door for us and we hunted around reception area for information

Showing it age but convenient location
Pros:

Nice size room with a lounge to sit on as well as table and chairs. Unit was clean. Friendly staff for check-in and easy to find parking spot.

Cons:

Sadly, the accommodation is showing its age. Room was at the front of the build and street noise did interrupt sleep. No key return information and could not find a secure box to leave the keys. Noticed other keys had been dropped onto the desk through the security grill, so did the same.

Good location but needs functional heating for winter time
Pros:

Good location, close to CBD and near Roma park. Comfortable bed. Spacious studio/room adequate and with great view, but the apartment looked a little tired for the price point.

Cons:

The central heating was very cold (it is middle of winter) and there is no adjustment. I was advised to switch on the Aircon switch but this only blasted out cool air. The reception/administrator gave me a fan heater but that did not work.

Great apartment at a very good rate.
Pros:

Excellent large room has all the self contained facilities. 500m proximity to city mall was a welcome surprise.

Great location
Pros:

Location convenience, comfy bed, staff were great and massive rooms (I got an apartment, but booked my family into studios and they were massive!)

Cons:

Out of anyone's control and it was noted on their website but the pool was under maintenance.
