Rooms could have been better. Rooms feel a bit old.
It was quite and private. The foods in the restaurant are not overpriced. Family friendly, kids friendly

Spacious parking space. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. They help us out on carrying our baggage. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The toilet and bathrooms are very clean as well. The facilities are well maintained. The food (breakfast) was good at a fair price. Drinking water is provided for free.
I hope the management will put some cover to the parking area. Some area inside the resort lacks walkway or footpath making the guest walk to the grass. The swimming pool is very dirty and lacks regular cleaning. The water is very turbid considering that are only a few guests used the swimming pool. The beach front is quite dirty with some garbage piled up on parts of the shoreline. The management and staff should be strict in implementing proper garbage disposal and keeping the area clean all the time. This makes some of the guest to swim on the pool instead on the beach. Videoke is very loud beside the resort especially during late at night and early morning. I hope the management will regulate the use of videoke so as not to create disturbance to other guests. Provide first aid kit/station in case of any emergency. Provide some complementary hygiene kits inside the toilet and bathrooms of the rooms.
It was well maintained and your staff was so nice , polite and accommodating.
I like the atmosphere and the vibes , it’s so calm and very relaxing.
Also the staff should all be given “most hospitality award” they make you feel like home , my niece said it’s like staying with our relatives the way they treated us , very attentive and accommodating.
What i really love about this place is peaceful,relaxing,fresh air, not crowded you can enjoy everypart of the resort and the Staff was so helpful and Always available,friendly and accomodating.
Im working in Hotel Industry and for me having an amazing staff is really ur assets.

A little TLC in the Bathroom, need to do some maintenance but the Bathroom is clean and all is working.
No internet. No hot water shower. Weak water shower pressure. No water activities.

We couldn't stand it and only stayed for one night even though we booked for two nights!
Moldy bathroom! Flush was weak. The bathroom smells fishy and the bathroom ceiling was leaking and full of molds.
When we opened the bathroom, there was a clump of hair on the wall.
The small refrigerator inside the room was full of molds and smelled bad.
Air-conditioner was leaking too! Curtains were stained and moldy too.
Doors were hard to close because they're extremely rusty. The rooms were very dusty too.
The staff at the restaurant were very inattentive and unapproachable. Even the menu at the restaurant has molds!
Well kept grounds. Friendly and helpful staff and the life guard was very mindful of all the swimmers. Great view of the water.
The bathroom was not clean and had a funky smell. There was no provision to get rid of the many flies.
Right on the beach. Pool was great. Location is beautiful.
