La atención del personal, siempre dispuesto a buscar solución y la ubicación.

Cons:

Deben hacer una inversión URGENTE y poner a funcionar los AIRES ACONDICIONADOS, no es concebible pagar una estadía de ese monto con ventiladores o abanicos en los cuartos. Nunca había visto eso, menos mal que había frío y aún así, fue un toque muy desagradable de la estancia.

This place is a vibe!!
Pros:

This place is stunning! Here for a track meet but ultimately traveling solo, and as a content creator and creative, I love beautiful things! When you walk in from the cold, all you see is beautiful color, and the juxtaposition immediately warms you up. My room (drink in the cosmos suite) is gorgeous and so out of this world! And much love to Dez! Your hospitality is only as good as your front desk, and she is beyond outstanding. Personable, engaging, and accommodating. So glad I chose this hotel and would definitely come back next time I’m in New England (sounds so much fancier than Boston lol)
