Stay was trendy and artful. Staff was great! Very prompt and very friendly!
Pros:

Check in was easy, staff was very accommodating as we needed a rollaway bed. Was in the room before we checked in. Art work on walls and decor was fitting. Open coffee and tea station was available to all guests. Room was a bit cold for my wife and daughter, but my wife seen that staff was taking a heater into another room and when asked if they can provide us with one they promptly provided one.

Cons:

Beggars can't be choosers. The rollaway bed was a bit uncomfortable. But It was helpful! Being once incarcerated, I know a completely an uncomfortable bed. This would of been heaven in comparison.

É a quarta vez que fico hospedada no Studio Allston.
Ficou muito legal a nova area do restaurante, o bar de chopp disponivel a noite
Hotel moderno, otima cama, excelente banheiro. Atendentes super educados e gentil.
Sempre que vou a Boston, esse hotel é a minha escolha - bom estacionamento uma pena que nao é mais gratis.

Cons:

Achei que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor pelo valor da estadia.
Pequena variedade de fruta (oferecido somente morango congelado e mirtillos)
Falta suco de fruta, uma variedade de yogurte (servido somente o natural).
Ter ovos mexidos seria muito bom e interessante.

Uma pena o estacionamento ter se tornado pago

Pleasantly surprised for a cozy stay in Boston!
Pros:

While checking in we discovered we missed the "happy hour" by a bit, but the host offered us a welcome glass of wine anyway! That was such a great reception to the hotel! Also, the restaurant recommendations were on point! Highly highly recommend Fido Pizza and they offer a 10% discount for hotel referrals.

Cons:

The room was next to the elevator and quite noisy. Also the room next to us was noisy also. Better walls/noise cancellation would make the visit better.

Pros:

The location for us is wonderful. We have stayed here many times we arrived yesterday. Our room was beautiful. The girls at the desk were fantastic. They welcome you like your family at 6 o’clock. They have wine and cheese and in the morning this morning they’re beautiful breakfast downstairs a continental practice, which was just delicious. They even had waffles and hard boiled eggs. I recommend this hotel to everyone because really it’s Lovely and for the few years that we have been coming it’s consistently nice and lovely. Thank you again for our stay. It was wonderful and the girls behind the desk once again you guys are wonderful. PS it’s very safe in the neighborhood.
