In vacation to visit Boston with the family
Pros:

Nice hotel . Clean and quite modern . The place has also games and ping stations ing and billiard in the lobby . The rooms are quite large , but should be a little more modern and maybe with double windows to reduce the noise from the street outside . The hotel is anyway very good and the location also very convenient

Friendly staff and good set up
Pros:

We have stayed with family and friends for two nights in July. It was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, we have a special medicine needs to be stored in fridge and freezer, they provided help by make special arrangements and ensure the day shifts and night shifts are both aware of the need. It is beyond what they normally do! I felt so grateful! Big shoutout to Reginar (!sorry for wrong spelling), Jennifer and Jonathan! Thank you !They also have table tennis table and pool table for entertainment. They also provided painting materials for kids to spend quality time! Our kids made three small painting while we played the table tennis! The breakfast was great! The room are great! I would recommend to friends to stay if they visit Boston. Forget to mention- Outside of the hotel is a nice park that can be reached by walking!

This staff goes above and beyond
Pros:

I cannot say enough good things about Jeniffer Njoroge the front office manager at the Studio Alston, and her assistant Joani.

We booked a week at this hotel through our time share at Interval International. When we got to the hotel, they had no record of our reservation or our booking. But, Jeniffer was tremendous, taking our confirmation email, getting us water and appetizers while we waited, and when there still was no resolution, she suggested we just book for that night, and see where we were the next night. But that they were full and could not accommodate us for the 3rd night. She booked us into an upgraded room, and working 3 days to get things straightened out, she finally accomplished finding our reservation, talking with Interval International, and acutallu letting us stay for the 3rd night when they were already full.

Jeniffer and Joani's attention to detail never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. They were always ready to help and never thought we were incorrect in our booking.

This is a boutique hotel, and historically, we shy away from staying at these, but this facility was just tremendous. They had an outstanding breakfast for guests each morning, an outdoor patio space that was cute and welcoming and on site water, ice and tea.

And when after 3 days there still was a question about our reservation, the hotel manager himself got on the phone with Interval and made it all work.

We're very grateful and will definitely be back. Wonderful hotel and outstanding staff.
