Den 5-Sterne-Preis nicht wert und deshalb nicht nochmal.

Freundliches Personal beim Frühstück
Sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zum Check-In-Zeitpunkt nicht bezugsfertig - obwohl es mir ausdrücklich versprochen wurde. Der vorhergehende Gast hatte zum Zeitpunkt des Check-Ins wohl das Zimmer noch nicht mal geräumt. Als Wiedergutmachung erhielt ich dann einzig einen Getränkegutschein zum Einlösen an der Hotelbar.

Die gebuchte Junior-Suite wies dann leider auch einige Mängel „Gebrauchsspuren“ auf:
Loch im Tisch, schlecht überlackierten Türrahmen, abgenutzten Nachttisch und nicht funktionierendes Nachtlicht.
Leere Minibar
Dunkles Ambiente und abgenutzten Stuhl beim Frühstück.
Keine aktuellen Tageszeitungen - obwohl hier eigens ein Platz vorhanden war.

Beim Check-Out wurde nicht mal erfragt, wie denn der Aufenthalt gefallen habe. Schlechtes Gewissen 😉🤷‍♂️?

Alles in allem: Keine gravierenden Mängel, aber für 5 Sterne definitiv zu wenig

Znakomity hotel.
Pros:

Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na ogród. W samym centrum Berlina wspaniała oaza spokoju! Rewelacja!😀 Znakomity, wielki, przestrzenny hol robi bardzo sympatyczne wrażenie.

Cons:

Zdecydowanym problemem jest brak parkingu. Wprawdzie można zarezerwować sobie samemu parking poziemny w okolicy (co też zrobiliśmy) ale to jest pewnego rodzaju utrudnienie.

The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently in March. Opening the window solved the issue, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience.
