Pros:

Das beste Hotel, dass ich bis jetzt besucht habe, das Bett, das Zimmer, ein kostenloses Upgrade.... Flusskrebssalat und Champagner zum Frühstück, ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt, mega!!!

部屋は広く使いやすい。朝食は種類も沢山あり美味しかったです。場所が便利、歩いてまわれるのが良かった。

Cons:

夜中2時10分頃火災報知器がなりびっくりして飛び起きた。多分誤報またはどこかの部屋でタバコの煙？　20分くらいで収まる。ホテルからの説明が何もないのが残念でした。

Morgenmad velsmagende, men kedelig.
Tjekkede ud 1/8-26. Men vores depositum på 125 euro, blev først tilbagebetalt 28/8. Hvilket er under al kritik. Skrev til hotellet utallige gange, hvor de undskyldte og bad mig om at have tålmodighed. Ved indtjekning blev vi oplyst om, at depositum blev tilbagebetalt samtidig med udtjekning.. det gjorde de så ikke. Derfor, vær opmærksom på, at man skal lægge de penge ud næsten 1 md… på den front får de kun 1 stjerne.

Séjour en lui même agréable.

L'emplacement géographique, le cadre et la décoration, l'accès facile.

Cons:

Surprise au check in : facturation normale de 3 nuits + 3 petits déjeuner + un dépôt de garantie inattendu de 50 € par nuit !
La facturation de ce dépôt de garantie n'est indiqué nulle part dans la réservation de Booking.com. On se retrouve pris au piège au moment du check in sans la possibilité de refuser ce dépôt de garantie prévue par l'hôtel. L'hôtel est peut-être en droit de demander cela mais le client, s'il en a la connaissance avant, peut aussi choisir un autre hôtel si cette disposition ne lui convient pas...Et beaucoup d'hôtels ne la demandent pas, en ce qui me concerne, c'était la première fois.
Au moment du check out la facture s'élève au montant des 3 nuits petit déjeuner inclus sans supplément de quelque nature que ce soit. Par contre aucune information sur la date de restitution du dépôt de garantie...
Ajouté à cela, réveil le deuxième matin à 6 h par un coup de téléphone inconnu et le troisième matin un réveil à 6h30 pour un réveil demandé la veille à 7h30.
Pour finir, la chambre n'était équipée que d'une douche. Pour avoir une baignoire il aurait soi-disant fallu en faire la demande.

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Berlin, verkehrsgünstig gelegen, sehr schönes Ambiente. Das Frühstück wahr hervorragend; Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals waren perfekt. Gerne wieder.
