Pros:

Great tourist location within walking distance to several hotspots and good restaurants

Cons:

Only issue was the pillows offered no neck support. Seems to be a theme in Europe

Pros:

Rooms are spacious. Good location. Great value for money.

Cons:

Staff and service require improvements. Staff are very cold and unwelcoming in general. One in particular directed me to a pharmacy around 20 minutes away from the hotel rather than telling me there were 2 pharmacies and a hospital within 5 minutes from the hotel though I told her I have a medical emergency and must see a doctor asap. Service is slow.
