Pros:

Tolle Lage, wunderschöne Zimmer, tolles Frühstück und einfach sehr nettes Personal.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel in top Lage , Innenstadt seht gut erreichbar - fußläufig und auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, hoteleigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden
Der Service war durchweg sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war gemütlich, super sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Bett wahnsinnig war bequem.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, für jeden Geschmack und von allem genug da. Lediglich der Preis von 29,-€ ist etwas hoch.
Toll fand ich die Wasserspender auf den Etagen 👍🏻

Wir hatten insgesamt mehrere Zimmer gebucht und haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Große Zimmet, mit Blick auf die Elbe.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum sehr groß und eteas und unruhig.
Schwimmbad muß extra bezahlt werden.

Great experience all in all. Just add slippers to the room.
Pros:

Location, territory in front of Elba River , good spacious room.

Cons:

No slippers in the room .

Hotel in top Lage - super für Ausflüge in die mega Altstadt.
Pros:

Sehr geiler Blick . Schöne abgestimmte Möblierung. Tolles Personal, sehr schönes Gebäude und eine tolle Tiefgarage.👍🏻

Cons:

Mir persönlich ist die Klimaanlage zu schwach gewesen. Und das Bellevue Zimmer wäre mit einer Dusche statt einer Badewanne um einiges komfortabler.

Durch alle Extras, die man bezahlen muss, wirkt das wie eine Abzocke!!!
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist für 29 € einfach zu teuer, bei dem einfachen Angebot. Und wenn man ins Schwimmbad gehen will, dann muss man 7,50 € extra zahlen, war aber bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich.

Cons:

Für den Parkplatz mußten wir bei zwei Übernachtungen 48 € bezahlen. Das sind alles Zusatzkosten, die bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich sind und einem per Mail einen Tag vor der Anreise zugeschickt werden.Das ist nicht seriös.

Für einen Kurzurlaub gut geeignet.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Schränke für Sachen sind sehr wenig vorhanden. Es gibt einen Wasserspender auf jeder Etage, zur Nutzung für alle und kostenfrei. Frühstück ist kein Superfrühstück aber alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Parkplätze sind auch genug vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Altstadt von Dresden.

Cons:

Die Abrechnung bei Anreise ist etwas kompliziert, da 50,00 Euro zusätzlich verlangt werden, die man zum Scheck out wieder erstattet bekommt, falls man keine zusätzlichen Kosten verursacht hat. Für mich sehr merkwürdig. Habe ich in anderen Hotels noch nicht erlebt.

Pros:

Staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean. Great location, 5 min walk to the old town but cafes and restaurants near by if you want to get away from the usual tourist sights. Having the option of using the pool is a plus too. Great breakfast options and plenty of food available. Breakfast staff were very efficient and friendly. We will definitely book the hotel again for our next stay.
