Pros:

Die Lage war super 👍😊
Zimmer war schön und sauber
Beim Frühstück war alles okay

Cons:

Leider wurde grade umgebaut was sehr ungemütlich war ,aber nächstes Mal bestimmt umso schöner 😊

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Zimmer,Frühstück und Personal ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Cons:

Im Hotel wird gerade renoviert und umgebaut.Ein kleiner Hinweis darauf beim Buchen wäre fair den Gästen gegenüber.

Top zentrale Lage
Pros:

Ein großes Hotell in top zentraler Lage. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt (Frauenkirche, Zwinger etc.)
Für unsere Motorräder gab es einen speziellen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und die Leute am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (wir konnten bereits 3 Stunden früher einchecken in ein anderes vergleichbares Zimmer).

Cons:

Bauarbeiten während des Aufenthalts, die nicht in der Hotelbeschreibung aufgeführt waren.
Arroganter Kellner im für das Hotel viel zu kleinem Restaurant( etwa 10 Tische ) für dieses große Hotel. Kleine Karte, hohe Preise.
Schwimmbad nur mit steiler Leiter erreichbar. Nichts für Personen mit Geheinschränkung wie meine Frau.

Wir werden dieses Hotel so nicht noch einmal buchen und sind sehr enttäuscht.
Pros:

Das Hotel war zentral gelegen und die Zimmer waren renoviert.

Cons:

An unserem Duschkopf war Schimmel.
Die komplette Rezeption war eine Baustelle (wurde nicht kommuniziert).
Das Hotel kam durch die gezeigten Bilder sehr ruhig gelegen rüber, wir hatten allerdings ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße und haben super schlecht geschlafen. Wenn das Fenster zu war, war es zu stickig und offen war es absolut laut von Autos, Fußgängern und Tram. Wir hatten am nächsten Tag einen Mitarbeiter nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer gefragt und wurden damit abserviert, dass diese dann ja Elbblick haben und mehr Kosten. Aber man hätte ja auch einfach nochmal anders schauen können, aber der Herr von der Rezeption war absolut nicht bereitwillig eine Lösung zu finden.
Mehrkosten für den Wellnessbereich finde ich auch absolut nicht gerechtfertigt!!
Für uns also eine absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Very nice hotel with a parking
Just on the other side of the river so you cross the bridge and you are in the city center.
It has a pool for extra fees.

Hotel je smješten na izvrsnoj lokaciji, par minuta hoda do staroga grada. Sobe su prostrane i čiste, doručak bogat i raznovrstan. Na kraju dana dobro nam je došlo korištenje wellnessa.
