Irreführende Fotos des Hotels (das Haupthaus gar nichts mit den tollen Fotos zu tun),riesige Baustelle,völlig überteuertes Frühstück,Hotel verlangt Eintritt für Poolbereich von Hotelgästen (!!!)

Das Frühstück entspricht nicht den Anforderungen eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Es gibt täglich die gleiche Auswahl, die Produkte sind eher die Preisgünstigen. Die Zimmer sind veraltet und einige Sachen sind defekt. An der Rezeption stehen großteils Azubis, welche einen kein angenehmes willkonmensgefühl geben.

Es wird wiedermal großflächig umgebaut, davon war nirgends was vorab zu erkennen, kein Restaurant , keine Bar, Parkautomat defekt, aber keine Info an der Rezeption, Bankomat geht nicht, trotz Visa wurde voran in bar kassiert. War schon mehrfach um Hotel und sonst immer zufrieden, diesmal eher enttäuschend, trotz nettem Personal und guter Lage. Schade.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel
Pros:

Lage des Hotels super, kurze Wege in die Altstadt von Dresden.
Frühstück hervorragend, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.
Juniorsuite im 4. Stock mit super Ausblick auf die Dresdner Altstadt.

Cons:

Keinerlei Beanstandungen an der Unterkunft. Alles Super.
