L'emplacement près du colisée est un plus. L'arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel est un deuxième plus. Le personnel d'accueil est parfait.
Il manque un restaurant dans l'hôtel. Il existe un bar avec quelques plats pour dépanner mais c'est un peu juste quand vous restez plusieurs jours. Considérer que le fait de rapprocher deux petit en fait un grand est un concept, mais c'est n'est pas confortable pour un couple.
La chambre est un peu petite pour le prix payé

We went beginning of March and we had a few warm days. The hotel still had its heating in and don’t switch on their aircon units on until April. So our room was very hot. If you slept with the window open it was too noisy, but if you slept with it closed it was too hot
There is no cooling system in this times... it was very hot in the room

Abbiamo pagato 1500 a notte per una camera senza neanche la smart tv, staff non cordiale! abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti perche non c'era nessuno del personale che potesse farci vedere la camera e accompagnarci!
Abbiamo avuto un esperienza pessima, l unica cosa buona e la posizione della struttura.

Para ser 4 estrellas me sorprendió la mala calidad de las camas, no había cama matrimonial por ende se abrían las camas que unieron , no tenían zapatillas de levantar ni bata como otros hoteles de Italia que estuve en este viaje .

The close proximity to the Colosseum and the bus links to other parts of the city were a real bonus.
The staff were friendly, and very helpful with any queries.
There is nothing wrong with the property.
Location was very convenient for the purpose of my stay, although a big closure of a half of the street along Forum Romanum severely disrupted my walking plans (and local police not being super helpful). I found the breakfast very tasty.
The size of the room was suprisingly small for what I expect from a 4-star hotel. A fancy washing basin but very impractical bathroom space for keeping my stuff. No hot water in the shower at night. Paper cups and no milk to put in my tea or coffee. My room card failed me at the most inconvenient time.
