Hôtel bien situé à Rome
Pros:

Hôtel vraiment bien situé pour visiter Rome, avec un personnel professionnel et efficace. Literie très confortable.

Cons:

Quand il fait un soleil magnifique toute la semaine, vraiment dommage de ne pas ouvrir la terrasse du rooftop avec ses tables et transats pour permettre aux clients d'en profiter, même si le bar n'est pas encore ouvert en avril... C'est vraiment frustrant.

Overall a great hotel close to the Colosseum, I had a good stay.
Pros:

The hotel is at a nice location very close to the Colosseum, and a grocery store just down the street. The hotel itself is a nice design and finding your way through the hotel is easy. The staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful. The room I had was nice, and you get every necessity you may need. The breakfast was very good and a good variety to pick from. The bar lounge is also great to visit for a drink.

Cons:

When I was booking the room the information was stating that the room would have a view over a "historic monument"=Colosseum which in my case it did not. It was the reason why I booked this hotel but just know that you might not receive a room that overlooks the Colosseum if you stay here.

El hotel está sobrevalorado en relación calidad-precio. Las áreas comunes se encontraban sucias, aunque había trabajos de pintura en curso. La zona de la piscina y el rooftop bar parecían descuidadas y no estaba habilitadas, posiblemente por mantenimiento. Aun considerando estas circunstancias, la experiencia general no justifica el precio.

Great spot, clean rooms but got to invest in better walls between rooms.

It was clean and in a great location with superb views from the rooftop pool and bar.

Cons:

We could hear everything from the room next door, we could hear every word being spoken and every noise from the neighbouring room bathroom, walls are paper thin.
