Pros:

Close to southbank. Friendly, flexible staff. Free, plentiful parking.

Cons:

Sooo noisy. Others say the location is great. This is like saying that a house built on the runway is handy to the airport! There are 2 heliports at the hospitals next door. We were woken a few times around 2 to 4am by landing aircraft. Also there is a motorway and about 3 major arterial roadways next door (it is literally on an island of major roadways). The building is so old it has zero noise insulation so old drunk mate next door woke us constantly after coming home at 2am and watching tv (paper walls). The windows make no difference to the outside noise. Closed or open makes no difference.

Great stay close to South bank and city sightseeing
Pros:

Great spot, walked everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Happy to accommodate requests regarding parking. Thank you

Cons:

Close to hospital so of course you’ll hear the occasional siren but the room was fairly soundproof

Disappointed
Pros:

The free parking

Cons:

The room was very old and dusty dirty aircon units . The bath room had no shower wash just shampoo and conditioner. No face washer . We had a huge cockroach running down the wall in the evening . The next morning we opened the balcony door for some fresh air and got greeted with a very very strong smell of pot/weed. We packed and left immediately.

Excellent comfortable I loved watching the sunset from the balcony.
Pros:

The location price ease of check in and the sauna!

Cons:

Small complaint but really it wasn’t an issue we had two security doors to access to get to our room this was tricky to negotiate with luggage

Fabulous - roomy, clean, beautiful views and walking distance to South Bank and City
Pros:

Everything, apartment was roomy and clean, I stayed with my brother so there were 2 bedrooms, ample facilities, great views and so close to South Bank precinct

Cons:

Happy with everything.
