Pros:

The staff at Hillcrest were very pleasant from check-in to check out .We did asked for an early check-in & we were lucky & were only too happy to help.
It is very close to the Mater Hospital & Southbank with a variety of food outlets around.
Will definitely stay again if we come back to

Cons:

The hill that we had to walk back up 😆. (We flew down)..

Great location
Pros:

The location is outstanding - a short walk to south Bank. Value for money is good for this area. Staff are really friendly and helpful. A large, free car park is a huge draw.

Cons:

Nothing. I have nothing but compliments for Hillcrest.

the worst hotel I have ever stay at in the 75 years since my first time of travel overseas
Pros:

Your receptionist told me that the entry to the carpark was underground and the gate would open She did not tell me I needed to use the card that she said is to open my room in the hotel. Nor did she tell me how to enter my room when I arrived back at the hotel at 01.15 (AM) It tok me half an hour before I was able to find somebody on thephone who was able to open the door to enter. The reception lady told me that a bus left from "just outside the loweer door" but that was not so, it took me half an hour, until someody walked down that road and was able to direct me to the bus stop which was downstairs in a lift.

Cons:

No part of the hotel - and would never stay there again under any circumstances. and it was much to expensive and not worth the cost that was paid

I wouldn’t stay here at again for this price
Pros:

The staff were friendly if they were seen, location was great, sauna was great, parking is good.

Cons:

It’s run down, old, not clean, tv on cabinet can barely see from bed, pool and spa very outdated, spa air doesn’t even work, took forever to get towel as no one was a reception for hours sign was up, smells musty not great, shower was awful no where to put anything so small tiles cracked, could not use laundry always locked
