I didn’t like anything about the property.
The staff was so rude, starting with front desk Shimani she kept rolling her eyes when the phone would ring and when someone spoke to her. The manager Mr. Hirashmi is very abrupt, no smiles and adding extra fees every after showing him the previous cancellation emails. He said no I don’t want to see it. I had the worst experience ever with the front desk in customer service and the managers there was a manager above the GM and he didn’t help neither.
There were ants everywhere
Location
Breakfast
The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and location was good
No free breakfast had to pay for it. after spending 400 plus dollars asked for more towels and they were rude as hell and acted like they couldn't give any.only one elevator worked so you had to wait like 15 min just for a ride down or up .
It met my expectations. The only two negative points is that the TV quit working and the phone was not able to reach guest relations. The TV was fixed upon receiving instructions to go through at least seven channels on the remote control, and at that point, the signal was restored.
Clean and staffed
i liked the quietness and location
i did not like how many bugs got into the room while being on the first floor , while paying 600$ ..
Front desk was nice
Place seemed dirty. I saw mosquitos inside the reception. I forgot my wallet, I could tab. I couldn’t pay any other way. I had to cancel my reservation. I found another place cheaper because they were also charging me an extra $50 in fees. So, the amount that I had on booking.com was not the same amount as what they were charging me. The gap in my opinion was a lot
The breakfast was poor compared to other holiday inn hotels and there was no ordinary teabags all week
Better breakfast selection it was same evey day
Room was very clean, quiet. Was on the first floor so the parking lot was directly out of the window so you won't be super quiet.
No black out drapes.
Great location
Smoke alarm in room started beeping at 10:30 pm on the first night of our stay.
Polite morning staff, location is nice and accessible
Bed sheets had black dirt on them very basic room old bathrooms was
Room was not clean
No curtains in the br so u have to be uncomfortable!!!
Before we were allowed to check in, two staff members quarreled with each other for about three minutes concerning some future customers before I interjected that "We were now, and we would like to check in!" They were rude and clueless, which was very unusual.
The television didn't work, but eventually they sent someone up to our room to solve the problem. That was a good thing, but perhaps they could havenchecked on the service ahead of time.
