Pros:

大変便利な場所にあり、スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。
当初3泊の予定でしたが快適に過ごせたので2泊延長しました。その際も部屋の変更無くスムーズに対応してくださいました。最終日に1部屋のチェックアウトを遅くしてほしいと相談したら、料金などを丁寧にわかりやすく説明してくださいました。
幼い子がいたのでキッチンは有り難く、清掃スタッフの方々のお仕事にも大変満足しています。

Cons:

ランドリーのフィルターが汚れていたのが気になりました。

Not great - barely passable
Pros:

Breakfast was OK, I've had better at other locations within this brand. They failed to disclose an elevator renovation, which was so loud they had to change our room. The public areas are old and worn, the rooms were recently renovated however. The location is excellent, use the public lot across the street to save $.

Cons:

The public space is worn out and beat up looking. Visible wear and tear in public spaces. The large dogs allowed everywhere. Overpriced valet parking, so parked in public lot around the corner.

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work 90%of the time- there was a very strong overpowering odor in the hallway on our floor (5th) that was hard to take.
