Ash from the staff was extraordinarily generous with her time and energy to help me cancel an accidental double booking without any fee
She made my stay go from good to great!
Just awful customer service. I booked my reservations through 3rd party and they wouldn’t honor it since it was after midnight. I had to redo my reservations and pay 30.00$ more then what my original reservation amount was for. So I got charged twice for a lousy stay at a lousy run hotel. Would not give me a discount and said I needed to take it up with the 3rd party if I wanted a refund for the original reservations. Just overall awful property and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone!
Beds comfortable. Quiet. Coffee good. Fair variety of breakfast items. Eggs and sausage needed warmed up.
We were delayed on a flight and it was available and had a shuttle
Customer service after the stay. My daughter forgot an item and getting it shipped back was a process. This has happened to me at other hotels and they shipped it right back to me. I've never had to arrange my own pickup. I offered to send a label if they'd just drop at USPS and I was told no. I've traveled a lot and never experienced anything like this.
Bed was ok and shower was fine.
I saw 3 mice in my room and the breakfast was not edible--stale bread, egg things were the worst I have ever tasted. Also not very clean. Room took 30 minutes to warm up. Definitely not worth the price.
We did not partake of Breakfast.

No problems with wi-fi. Temperature control worked well on a cold December night. Good bed: reasonably firm mattress, pillows neither too fat and solid nor too thin and skimpy. Good lighting throughout room. Plenty of desk surface; good desk chair.
Inexpensive airport parking—$5 per day, compared to $9 in the airport's cheapest economy lot. Accommodating staff, too: I wasn't sure how long I'd be gone, and they charged me for the seven-day maximum that I estimated, but said they'd reimburse me for any days that I didn't use.
One very minor problem. The desk lamp had an electrical outlet as part of it, and that outlet didn't work, so my laptop wasn't charging when I thought that it was. Unfortunately, I forgot to mention this when I checked out, or I'm sure they'd fix or replace it. (If you're reading this, Sleep Inn, it was room #154.)
