Don’t stay here!!!

Cons:

Everything was horrible I think our side of the hotel should have been blocked off.
We seemed to be the only ones in that section and it was clearly being remodeled so many stripped walls exposed

When I booked my reservation, there was no mention of the hotel being under renovation. I was not even able to use the elevator and had to go up the stairs with all of my luggage. The TV remote was not even working and it was brought to the attention of the front desk clerk, but nothing was done about it. Was told to check the input on the TV. The issue was more than that and I had to get up and change the channel on the little cable box. The breakfast options were horrendous. The tables were dirty with dust. Even though I’m thankful that I had a place to stay I just wish it was more welcoming, comfortable, and lesser in price due to the renovation at least.

Pros:

They advertised a gym area that we were not able to use, their phones were not working the whole time we were there-no one ever answered the phones for any kind of service-there were no water/ice machines available-no laundry services were available and the cleaning staff was just awful! When we attempted to discuss any concerns with staff at the front desk we were dismissed. I was VERY disappointed with this whole experience.

Pros:

Nothing it was dirty and if you ask me they should not be booking anyone in the rooms. They are in the middle of some sort of remodel and it was bad in the hallways and worse in the rooms

"My recent stay at this hotel was the worst experience I've had. The carpet was in poor condition, and I had trouble accessing my room. The breakfast hours changed without notice, and the front desk staff were unfriendly. Housekeeping didn't clean my room during my stay. I checked in on August 29, 2025 and checked out on September 1st Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to its poor service and maintenance issues."
