Comfort Suites Stafford Near Sugarland

Very nice

When I booked my reservation, there was no mention of the hotel being under renovation. I was not even able to use the elevator and had to go up the stairs with all of my luggage. The TV remote was not even working and it was brought to the attention of the front desk clerk, but nothing was done about it. Was told to check the input on the TV. The issue was more than that and I had to get up and change the channel on the little cable box. The breakfast options were horrendous. The tables were dirty with dust. Even though I’m thankful that I had a place to stay I just wish it was more welcoming, comfortable, and lesser in price due to the renovation at least.

They advertised a gym area that we were not able to use, their phones were not working the whole time we were there-no one ever answered the phones for any kind of service-there were no water/ice machines available-no laundry services were available and the cleaning staff was just awful! When we attempted to discuss any concerns with staff at the front desk we were dismissed. I was VERY disappointed with this whole experience.

Trash rooms

Was old and showed it. Renovating so hopefully will look better. Found a live small cockroach in bathroom.

Cheap for area and shows it.

Older property, with basic rooms and breakfast, carpets and elevators were worn, room was not properly cleaned, kept having trouble with room keys not working, friendly service.

Sketchy people everywhere

This property is terrible. Gps my way here and the hotel looked like it needed renovation. Pool was looking like a SWAMP. Hot tub was even worse. Rusty looking around the sides and inside. I never checked in and

The room was not clean the next day.

Please don’t book this hotel bad decision

I notified the staff at this location that we entered the room and there were roaches in the room The staffed in told us that they would report it to the owner of the manager and that they would get back with me until this day they have not gotten back with me and it's been almost 2 weeks and I've tried to call several times and still have not received a response I would not received a phone call or anything from this location

Nasty

Maid service never came. Shower and bathroom had multiple defencies, TV was about to break off its stand. Wall paper coming off clearly from excessive moisture in the rooms. Air exhaust in bathroom didn’t work, shower had soft squishy spot if you step in certain areas, my guess water damage. Overall just a terribly taken care of property. Would not recommend

Friend office Experience was very Bad.

The hotel spelled like roach spray. The carpets were filthy. The room had roaches. I stayed one day if my planned 5 day teip

Quiet location

No change for water , fake add on website reservation was for a hot tub none was available hotel was under construction, no ice maker felt like a real hoe house never will come return wish I could get a refund

Garbage hotel seriously - hotels shouldn’t be ad retailing this - worst breakfast - they had block of cream cheese and butter on a same paper plate with butter knife stabbed into it…. People don’t even eat like that at home

I liked that the rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice just what you would expect, waffles, bread, yogurt, the usual. This is a very nice place to stay, it is a little outdated though. I checked out the pool and the hot tub and they was very dirty. It has not been maintained in a long time and there were dead bugs. Otherwise a very lovely stay
