“Mac” really stood out for his customer service and kindness! Very clean and comfortable place and very “hip”.

It was cute and pet friendly.

Cons:

The staff was inattentive and most of them were rude. The bathroom in my room wasn't cleaned well. The bedding was cheap and uncomfortable. It was LOUD. So Loud that they offer earplugs.

Overall, I was not satisfied with the customer service and the feeling of discomfort.
Pros:

I like the atmosphere. The decorative lobby and bedroom.

Cons:

The valet. We had issues with the valet employees taking things from our vehicle and going through our cars glove compartment and side door pockets. When confronted, they acted belligerent. Also, the room was full of ants when we woke up the next morning. Brought this to staffs attention with pictures and they brushed us off.

Cons:

My only negative is there’s no mini fridges in the room so you can’t bring any leftovers back to the hotel to eat later which was kind of disappointing, so we just gave our leftovers away our whole stay. Or have any cold drinks in your room, there is also no ice machines but you can go down to the bar and ask for cups of ice.
