HORRIBLE !
Pros:

1. toilet flush does not work ! when flushed all the dirt and stool will come up
2 when complained it took one hour for some one to come to check! after that he said that plumber has been informed
3the wash basin tap is not fixed and it rotates.the plumbing is bad.
4 for a double room only one set of toileteris kept, only one glass and only one bottle water
5 i asked for change of room, they gave me one and i tried to open thye shower . it opened but could not close . the handle falls to the floor.
6 what a useless room they are selling. Booking .com should de list the property.

Pros:

Stay was nice and comfortable,Only trouble was to have breakfast we have to walk cross road to the opposite Clasik fort hotel and return to our room .

Cons:

Have to walk and cross the road to go the other Classik Fort hotel to have breakfast which was very inconvenient.

Checkout process was inconvenient.Was checking out at midnight,they couldn’t generate invoices and charge our card.was promised invoices will be sent later by mail.Even after reminders don’t receive bill

Pros:

my Room rate was not inclusive of Breakfast hence did not have a chance to check Breakfast. The Place Trippunithura is my native place and having a Hotel here is excellent and I liked it. Hope I will get a chance to visit often.

Cons:

Check in time should always 10 AM and not 12 noon. We reached at 6'O clock in the morning as always most of the trains reaches and the hotel demanded extra money for fresh up. This was the only thing we felt bad.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and tasty. The location was perfect

Cons:

The Lounge bar was on the same floor as my room and the sound of the music from the bar permeates into the rooms and it is disturbing

Pros:

Nice Suite room in the old property.

Cons:

There was a cockroach in the room as soon as I entered.
I ordered Coffee at 8 am in the morning for room service. Was told it would take a little time but never got it until I checked out next morning.
No sleeping facility for drivers being a so called 4 star property.
Did not get hot water early in the morning since I was checking out early.
Only 1 bottle of water was kept for 3 days stay.
Very poor service I should say
