A fine place to sleep, not a destination resort.
Pros:

Perfect location for a place to arrive late and sleep after a long driving day and then get up & go early. That’s all. Super affordable, safe, clean & comfy enough. Super friendly & nice staff. It seems a lot of reviewers expect a 5-star at a Walmart price, how silly. Expectations were very low and the place beat them to be honest.
