Great hotel, location and food
Bit expensive
I had a great time staying at the Archer Hotel. Such a variety of shops all within walking distance. King suite was amazing and made me feel pampered during my six-day stay
Such a perfect hotel from the rooms to the food to the service. Great drinks in a wonderful environment. Plus the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!
Room was great, parking was easy and overall, the quality was very high. I had recently had knee surgery, and the front desk was able to switch my room to an ADA room. Also, I was on crutches headed to breakfast and someone at the hotel was quick to offer a wheelchair that helped immensely. Breakfast was good but they had run out of a few things on the menu, and the Belgian waffle was not the best.
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent impromptu three-night stay at Archer Redmond. The hotel was not very busy at this time, but the holiday decorations were tasteful and charming. We had outstanding service from the staff at reception and the restaurant, and the food was top-notch. Housekeeping did an excellent job as well. We will have no hesitation in making another reservation at the Redmond hotel and will try to check out their other locations as well.
This is the first hotel I have encountered with the option of double king beds. For families, this is an absolute reason to stay here. The candy bar was very memorable for the kids. Every staff member went out of their way to say hello and help when needed. Great overall experience.
Excellent stay for any need. Location is great for shopping and ease of travel in the Seattle metro/exurb area. Food is excellent Americana and its also located near other fare when you want variety.
This was a last minute choice on a visit to Seattle area. Usual choice is to stay in regular chain hotels but this time we wanted to be out of the city. Easy to find, not far from centre of downtown. Although it's located outside a small shopping mall and near to a busier highway, it's very quiet, the rooms are quiet, and it has its own parking garage. While we didn't use the bar, we did have breakfast which had many healthy alternatives, including choices for the smaller appetites. The coffee was good.
The king room itself was spacious, clean, and very thoughtfully presented. Bathroom was spotless. I liked the touch of the umbrella for this northwest weather, and the books in the room.
The ambience of the hotel was calm and cosy, no glitz to be found, and even the Christmas decorations were tastefully done. It felt very homely.
As for the staff, I cannot say enough. Allison who checked us in was super helpful and very detail oriented, explaining everything we needed to know (I hadn't made a reservation); the lady who helped us at breakfast was wonderfully pleasant, polite, and attentive; and the lady who checked us out - again highly professional but also very warm.
Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
TV's are very old! No streaming capability, only old school Xfinity cable with lots of TV commercials. The hotel is nicer than the Marriot we typically stay at down the street, however the fact that the TV was so old and did not have any way to stream or connect with screen mirroring from our phones was really annoying. We like to watch our favorite shows or movies while we stay out after date night. You can hook up a laptop with HDMI cable if you brought one however.
We always stay at the Archer when we're in town visiting family. Very comfortable rooms with excellent amenities. Really friendly staff. Great location.
Location, clean, large room
Why not allowed to park in the public parking?
King size bed
Cannot open the window
I enjoyed the entire experience. The staff were always smiling and welcoming, the hotel was incredibly neat, and the parking setup was convenient. My room was cleaned daily, and the towels were refreshed regularly, which added to the comfort. Everything came together to make the stay truly pleasant.
We live nearby and decided to take the family to the hotel for a day of swimming at the hotel pool.
An expensive choice of $282. The pool was so cold that it was a miserable experience and if it was not for our 1.5 year old, we would have left immediately. My wife forced herself into the cold water to avoid crying.
No lunch restaurant option so we were forced to leave the hotel and return at 4pm.
Hotel staff was friendly.
Hotel room was ok but restroom stall brought back cruise ship experiences (small stall with door to close to person trying to enter and exit).
Overall a nice modern hotel but we won’t return. Maybe to the restaurant as the food and service was perfect.
