Pros:

There was no ice machines, no beverages at the mart downstairs, bacon was like paper, staff was inconsiderate. I asked if I could take my fiancé some apple juice to the room because he wasn’t feeling well, I was told NO.

Exceeded All Expectations
Pros:

Singh was extremely professional and kind during my check-in and the lobby for was extremely clean and updated, exceeding my expectations. This is an older building and there is evidence of that, but all important fixtures have been updated and everything was much cleaner than the more expensive hotel I stayed at previously on this trip. Breakfast area was also very clean. I am very impressed and will be returning as I need to stay in the area regularly for visiting family.

Had bug problems 2 nights in a row (ant infestation?)
breakfast is only 3 hours.
And they bother you even if late check out is requested.(constant calls and actual beating on door) not the worst in the area though.

Overall, our stay was satisfactory. However, one issue stood out: we received a call from staff around 8:30 a.m. while we were still resting, reminding us that checkout is before 11 a.m. While I understand the need to communicate checkout times, I kindly suggest that future reminders be communicated in a more courteous manner, perhaps closer to checkout time or at the time of check-in, rather than waking guests unnecessarily.
